Having joined the Aquatic center for swimming pool use only.
In Mar 22 injured my calf muscle & July froze membership, then Oct see a payment taken.from.account, rang the sales team leaving a voicemail stating as I'm attending Cappagh Hosp for treatment on both leg & back please CANCEL my membership.
Then on looking at my bank statement discover they charged €40 for November & December.
Bring on Disbility payment mysrlf €40 is a lot to pay for a service I am not advised to use by medical team.
They (Sales team) refused me a refund as I did not put in writing I want mymembership cancelled.
I am paying for the sales teams incompetencency.
In fairness when using the pool it was rehab after breaking my back.
Total disgrace, for a body as big as it is a national complex, where pool closes for competitions, they need proper staff to handle complaints as no doubt I am not the first to complain.
People need to be made aware of this robbing of peoples money.
