I joined hoping to receive 3 free €10 bets, after depositing and wagering €25 I did not receive the free bets, I contacted Customer service and then the bets were added, however I had huge difficulty in trying to place the free bets, they were only for multiple bets, in fact I could not use 1 of them at all, an error kept showing up when trying to place the free bet, I contacted them numerous times about this but I was fobbed off with excuses like 'try another device' and 'clear cache and cookies', an absolute disgrace.
Keep well away from Sportnation, they are crooks and scammers, they are the worst bookmaker I have ever come across

Joined to access the bonus. No option to claim it when depositing. Then refusal to activate it immediately afterwards. Scammy, cheapass site. AVOID.

I have always found Sportsnation fair with their dealings and their rewards. I have not had any problems in over 3 years betting with them.

SportNation are a great bookie, really good offers for new and existing members and 100% trustworthy. Never had an issue with them.

Good bonus system for both casino and sport betting. However, most of the time the bonus is not awarded automatically as it should. So far I will need to contact customer service for most of the bonus. The customer service is responsive and I am always able to get back the bonus after contacting customer service. It is just really tiring to do that for nearly every offer.

Still recommended for their good bonus, but you really need to keep a record for that so the bonus is not missed.

Good site and bookies but would like clarity on where free Cheltenham bets are stored after spending £25 a week to get a free £5 bet per day for the festival .

I've enjoyed using the site so far. I bet a lot on horses so really like the new bet club they have introduced so will be using the site a lot more. The rewards points are a great idea too

Worst site online by far. Happy to take a lot of my money then puts restrictions on my account because I wouldn't provide them with a pay slip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible customer service with Rebecca she could not even answer a basic question when asked at least five times .I closed the account due to her just totaling ignorant slow and knowledge to answers anything avoid at all costs as so many companies out there they also own redzone amd both offer some of the worst odds in the industry

The web site is easy to navigate and understand and the odds are fair. The promotions are interesting and good which give the feel that they are giving something back as a thank you. Indeed, an upstanding bookie.

Settled my bet as a loss when it clearly won and left waiting for it to be corrected when contacted they told me it wouldn't take long to sort but i'm still waiting some hours later. They have quick customer service response but all they can do is respond saying that they will email you when its sorted..... Amateur jokers and there are many other more reliable companies out there that you can use with confidence but sadly SportNaton are nothing close

Got limit to my account on my 2nd day! Avoid

I took a withdrawal out on 20th January and messaged them about 50 times on live chat and sent 30 emails and it’s been over the 24-48 process period and I still haven’t got it . Very poor communication and still haven’t got withdrawal . Still waiting on payments to sort out payment .
