The worst. KYC stricter than strictiest banks in the world when wanting to cashout.

Stay away. Never had a smooth bet. Always having to call customer service and the live betting is a joke.

Awful. Just awful. To place a bet, you have to download a third party app for GPS location. To withdraw winnings, you not only have to download *another* third party app (something called Skrill), but you have to take photos of your driver's license and a utility bill to verify your address.

I have accounts with all the other Colorado sportsbooks (9 and counting, I think), and this is far and away the weirdest and most unpleasant experience I've had yet.

Far and away the worst online book I have used.

Ask for way more verification than any other books - but only when you want to withdraw.
Very outdated platform and functionality.
3rd party geolocation.
Don’t honor promotion bets.
Customer service will always have to get back to you.

Not sure what their angle is. Poor odds, review before accepting bets, reduce prices, lack of transparency and not even the gimmicky bonuses offered by some of the others. That’s just the betting.

The UX is horrible, abrasive colours and clunky app. Slow to load and counterintuitive / out of step with the market.

Set up an account seamlessly. Next day was asked to verify ID. No problem. Then they want bank statements & proof of address, which not ONE other sports app requests that. That was too much for me so I requested a refund, even though I already won $175 from the 1st days bets. They said instead of a refund, they'd just void the deposit & the money would be back in my account shortly. It's been 3 weeks since I've asked for a refund. I've been given the run around, transferred to different people blah blah etc etc. about payment processing bs. Stay FAR FAR away. I have been too lazy to dispute w my bank but I guess that will be the only way to get my money back.

Got sucked in for the $150 bet match. This site looks like something you would have seen 5 years ago. Took me three tries just to deposit money. I tried to add money a few days later to my account and couldn’t. I finally just said I’m taking my money elsewhere they made me use some site called “skrill” as a middle man to get my money out and they charged a 5 dollar processing fee. This site needs help

This website took my funds on a winning bet and after the fight i bet on, they cancelled my bet. so at the end, they took my money, still don't give it back, and MUCH LESS gave me my winning money. They are a very. Customer service is a JOKE. They are not helpful AT ALL. I still can not believe that they still have not gave me my money back and it has been over a week. If they are not going to give me my winning money, fine, BUT, at least give me my original money back. They are 100% unprofessional and UNETHICAL. I have no idea why this company is even still in business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!! wow. they’re the worst sports betting service i’ve used yet. placing a bet is damn near impossible. whatever they’re using on backend for geolocation is so incredibly poor. i just tried placing a bet 20-25 times with no luck. they also don’t have dang near close to the amount of games or in-game bets that competitors have. on top of that, customer service is atrocious. they know their product is crummy but won’t take accountability for it and just place blame on player. seriously stay away from this! worst ever.

Any serious problems or difficulties with the website, but the support service solved some issues for a quite long time than it should be. Made no frequent withdrawals - or I'm that unlucky or the odds are really not very good.

Just interested in your money, not had any problems with them, but the odds are not the best generally
