SPORTS DIRECT-Charges for click &collect in store, home delivery and returns.
Bad idea to shop online with this company. Although competitively priced once you add on the charges:
4.99 click and collect
4.99 home delivery
4.99 return unsuitable item
Sports Direct are NOT really so competitive.
-e.g. if you also had to return - you’re looking at around £10 for ‘nothing’

I dont like whether you order online or to the store you still pay delivery charge, comes to a local sport direct store I think it should not have a delivery charge

Sports direct has a good range of products. Delivery is always quick and there are never any problems with returns. I would like to see free or cheaper delivery and returns options.

Prompt delivery and excellent returns procedure. The only think that would make it better would be to not charge so much for returns. But since everything is to much cheaper it's not that gauling! I've returned something to another company on the same day, same way via post office and had nothing, not even a communication saying it's in the system. Sports direct tell you what's happening every step of the way. Well done 👍

As I imagine is fairly easily done these days, I placed an order with SportsDirect and for some reason an earlier address on my account was selected as that for delivery. When I tried to track my parcel with Evri, I realised that the postcode was different from my home address when I used the track function. What has then ensued is a merry-go-round between me, SportsDirect and Evri where SportsDirect inform me they can't change the address of the package, and Evri do the same. Neither SportsDirect nor Evri have any kind of customer service phone so you are left in this maddening no-mans-land of not being able to fix a surely very fixable problem. 'Angel', the customer service advisor on the webchat, has just repeated to me over and over again that SportsDirect cannot change delivery information and then ignores responses where I say that Evri say that I am unable to change the delivery address.

Damaged item received (online order). Having a nightmare trying to get in touch with customer service to discuss.

You seem to be having problems with paying by PayPal, 2 of my orders have not gone through, having talked to a real person at PayPal they have told me there's no problem with my account the problem is with sports direct collecting payment. Trying to contact your customer service is a nightmare, I don't wish to talk to a bot that doesn't resolve anything but a REAL PERSON!!

When you order from SportsDirect, you have to pay for postage, and if you need to return an item you have to pay postage. Go to JD for instance and the shipping is free after an £80.00 spend and for a return you can go instore to return for free, why is SportsDirect charging for these...

I am yet to recieve the items when they Sports Direct say they will be delivered. As for returning in store....don't think you'll get a refund! Exchanges only.
