Since the change Sia has become horrible the playing time on slots is a complete joke this place was the best a couple of years back now its just bad no cash out option weak promotions no bonus its just about taking and taking this place remove all fun of playing slots. Play local they say well siaaaaa.

Terrible casino, nothing but dead spins. Rarely do you ever get bonus rounds/free spins and when you do get free spins you only win a couple dollars even if you have a higher bet. 100% think the games are rigged as they pause and jump when ever close to a decent win. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They advertised to first time users that you could bet again if you lost your first bet. The issue is that they called it a "bonus bet", and in the fine print, the second bet wasn't a second chance. If you bet $100 and lost, you get a bet $100 again, but the payout, is what you win, minus the $100. So, if you bet $100 and lost, you could bet it again, but if you bet on something that's likely to happen you walk away with $10. So, the second chance isn't really a second chance at all. Really wants happening is if you bet and lose, you <10% back, in a credit. That absolutely not what the ad says.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience with Sports Interaction really pushed me to. I opted into a promotion that clearly promised a $10 bonus bet refund if my wager lost (Bet Insurance Token). I followed all the terms, placed my bet, and after it lost, the app even showed “$10 Bonus Bet awarded” on my bet slip.

But the bonus was never credited. I contacted customer support and got nowhere just generic responses and no real help.

This isn’t just bad customer service it’s a failure to honour an advertised promotion, which calls into question how Sports Interaction is operating in a regulated gaming market.

I’ve since closed my account. If you’re thinking of using Sports Interaction, be careful.

Finally had enough of this site, constantly has worst odds & payout options. Site constantly freezes/crashes, and to boot constantly reports inaccurate information when it comes to sports betting. Just had a bet placed ML on Florida Panthers against Edmonton Oilers in OT, for 8 minutes it showed that Florida had scored and ultimately froze the cash out option, but watching the game in real time no one had scored. Ultimately I lost the bet, but how can a gaming site show that a team has scored for over 5 minutes on its site when it actually has not. You can’t say it was a site glitch, cause all other games were constantly being updated during that same time when I refreshed the site page. Something fishy with Sports Interaction. It’s not first happened to me either, I’ll be filing a direct complaint this time with the AGCO.

Always great customer service but the performance and improvement of the app itself has really degraded as late. Otherwise a great site

Rylee was great. He was quick and was able to help me. He was also very polite and friendly.
I was definitely unhappy with the sports interaction sign up issues but Rylee helped turn my mood around.

I was a senior level executive & know very well that good FRONT LINE customer service can , indeed , impact the bottom line very favourably over the long term .

This kind of SOFT_SKILL diplomacy used in Customer Service by RYLEE can not be taught . I recommend , strongly & actively , that RYLEE be recognized with an employee commendation award .

Further , I would add , that RYLEE is the type of dedicated , focused , quick-thinking & very articulate employee that ANY management team would be wise to retain , nurture , advance & promote within the Sports Interaction entity ( Offer RYLEE a position with more responsibility [ offer him a ' sports desk / spotsbook position - it would be a WIN -WIN , trust me )

This is by far the worst gambling app available. Stay far away from them. I have been constantly reaching out to them regarding my account that is locked with over 10k and they completely ignore my emails. All the information they give regarding the phone number to call is invalid. The chatbot also doesn’t work when your account is frozen. They are illegitimate. Stay far away from them!

I got an email this morning from nowhere stating that there is a temporary block on my account and mentioned me to reply back to continuing or not! Well, I have responded the email back to the person and said I’m okay to continue playing.

They still blocked my account and I have funds there almost over 2K. Is it like a new trap or something when a player won a bet and not to pay them? What’s going on?

I should’ve been notified or emailed before they block the account. Now I’m keep emailing them but they don’t even respond. This is scam guys. Don’t involve yourself into this nonsense and trap as they control over your winnings and you will never walk out with your money.

I hope they reactivate my account so I can atleast get my money back but I hardly doubt as I have seen so many emails here stating the same traps and scams.

God bless them and make them pay for taking innocent people’s money.

I was playing a casino game that would glitch on a winning spin and not pay out my winnings but still took my wager. This happened multiple times during an opted in tournament where you had to spin 300 times to qualify for a placement. I reported the issue with screen shot proof and they were unable or unwilling to supply with a resolution. I closed my account after weeks of emails with no resolution on their part.
