VP400 Vibration Plate - Amazing product and customer support
We have ordered VP400 Vibration Plate and we are very happy with the product. From the purchase to the delivery, everything was great. We had to call customer support for a damaged cable plug during the delivery, but the team was very kind and helpful and they sent us a replacement cable. Item still not shipped after more than 3 weeks
I ordered a treadmill on February 1st, it was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks. Then I got an email telling me it would be shipped on the 14th, and now it's supposed to be shipped by MARCH 13th. I got no explanation, no answer from customer service, and on the website if I ordered one today it would still arrive within 2 weeks. I have no clue what's happening and I feel fooled !!

Worse customer service ever
I bought a treadmill about 1 month ago.
Fist Sportstech lost my package through their delivery partner. I got no feedback where the package was and I’ve been communicating and trying to get answers about my case for more than 3 weeks now.
Then the carrier tried to deliver the package but it was all damaged, box perforated and bent. We refused delivery and are trying to get them to send a new item again.
It’s been one of my worst purchase experiences and Sportstech doesn’t seem to care much to resolve my case.

German Quality- sturdy and silent!
I was looking for a treadmill to workout indoors during winter, and came across this product via my Ver.di membership program.
After comparing it with other products (Chinese no name brands) in platforms like Amazon etc, i found this product much better and of high german quality. super satisfied with all the functions and the quality. i even recomend this product among family and friends who are looking for a sturdy and good quality Treadmill. absolutely love it!

sGYM reviews request when product hasn't been delivered
1) Being asked to provide feedback when actual product hasn't been delivered (orderdered sGYM two weeks ago, received just exercise bench so far)
2)partial delivery without checking if the split delivery is convenient (in my case it really wasn't - had to drive 75KM to pick up sth I won't be using until the actual product arrives)
2) Unable to change delivery address even though delivery isn't schedule for a month? (ordered sGYM 1st of Nov not expected till Dec) I've offered to pay any additional DHL costs but this wasn't considered
3) Not sure I trust the reviews of the products on Sportstech website as sGYM has now 20 so called validated buyer reviews and is not yet available for delivery
