My husband and I decided to get a standing PT300 Dip Station, because in our apartment it is not possible to install a pull up bar on the door frame. The product arrived within a few days and we got email notifications that were informing us about the sending status. We built up the station together and this is so far the only issue I can mention, as the product itself is great!
The manual was very blurry and it was very hard to figure out which part should be used at each steps. I would very much suggest trying more clear instruction, like ikea ones. We really liked the idea of the screws being delivered in plastic, with the number on the paper beneath it. The only problem is, once you open it, the paper gets destroyed, even if you do it very slowly. I guess a separate paper would be more helpful. We managed to build it in the end however, and it was quite easy with the tools provided. Once the manual gets corrected - it's all great :)
As for the station itself, it is very stable and solid, which is very important, as we have small kids at home. There is no way any parts can fall down and the station is not wobbly at all. Had it been so, it is also possible to make adjustments.
As for the training, it's really great for both of us - my tall husband and small me. I especially appreciate the round curvy parts close to the bottom of the station (I suppose it's for stability), which allows me to step on them and get to the bar without a need to get a chair - a great thing for not that tall people :)
We've been using the station for quite a few weeks now and are very happy with it. It's not our first product from Sportstech - we've got a dumbbell bench and a pull up bar that can be installed on the door frame as well. Both of them have been serving us now for years and are still in pretty good shape.
Summary: great products, fully recommend and once the manuals get improved - I can change the rating to 5 stars.

I recently purchased the VC300 Vertical climber from Sportstech. It is such an amazing product. Was shipped within a week, and very easy to assemble. The height can be adjusted. I think, it is very useful to have something like this at homey so I can workout without sacrificing more time. The price is really reasonable. I can totally recommend this.

Four months ago, I bought an F37s Profi-Laufband treadmill straight from the Sportstech website. I now use it almost every day. I haven't run into any problems yet. The treadmill is the right size for apartments, and assembly was a breeze. Since there were, I assume, a lot of requests for this treadmill and the associated discount, delivery took about a month. Ultimately, I am really pleased that I bought this item.

Apologies for writing in English. My Sports-Tech F37 treadmill is 3.5 years old. Recently it developed a fault. I emailed the company and received a reply within 48 hours. A few days later I had a pre-booked WhatsApp discussion with a Sportstech engineer. He diagnosed the problem within two minutes and then dispatched a replacement for the faulty part by post. This arrived a few days later and I fitted it myself. My treadmill is now working perfectly. Sportstech charged nothing for any of this, including the new part and the postage. I am truly impressed with this superb level of service!

I bought the CX700 Crosstrainer and am so far satisfied with my purchase. I have trained with it for months now, and haven't had any technical issues. A good quality and good-looking product for home training.

I'm from Spain. It was really hard for me to get to the technical support team. but once I did, they were awesome.
I have the ESPX500 and it's awesome.

Great Support and service
I have a Sportstech Sx600. Which I have had a few issues with. But each time Sportstech have resolved the issue, even when I expected to pay for a part!
Residing in the Uk and support from Europe does make fixes challenging but this is to be expected. But helpful support staff and responsiveness to issues, and working to resolve them. Sportstech can't be faulted. Highly recommend them and the SX600 bike

I had to change the brake motor of my ESX500, after 4.5 years of intense use (more than 15000 km done). Very good communication and reactivity from support team to get a new one! They also provided me with a link to a video to do the replacement by myself. Very easy.
By the way, this Sportstech exercise bike is really excellent and durable compared to its price.
So, I totally recommend Sportstech.

I honestly do not understand how this brand has so many good reviews. I bought an SBike in the begining of this year. The screen has extremely low resolution, the sound without headphones is horrible and after the latest updated I am unable to connect my AirPods to the bike. In addition to that, it seems like every time I use this bike there is an issue. The process of starting a workout session is never smooth. Sometimes the workout list is not displayed (even thought the bike is connected to the wifi), other times I am unable to connect the bike to the internet, now the bike is unable to find a Bluetooth device, even though my AirPods are in pairing mode. I would never expect to have so many issues, in such a short period of time, with a product I paid 1400 CHF for. It is supper frustrating. At this point I just wish I would have not invest money on a Sportstech bike. For the same price you can purchase a spinning bike from superior brands.

Great support, quick, reasonable and understanding

I had a problem with a rower order. It was missing a piece. It proved difficult to get in contact with them but when I explored their AI bot it did prove useful.

Later on, when I did get in contact with an operator he fixed the problem personally. It took a while but it worked.

The products are of very high quality. I have been using Sportstech dumbbells for 4 years now and they are as good as new. Very impressed.

You can buy their products without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Stay away from this company. Bought a Tapis Roulant, the sTreat Fold.

Had problems after 3 months and the customer service just disappeared.

I paid 1,049 EUR for the treadmill F37S on 19 February but I am still waiting until today to receive a payment confirmation for the item and a status update on the order from Sportstech. Their website is very user unfriendly with no customer service contact provided, instead a bot chat that only answers limited questions. I eventually found a way to submit a request (sent 2 requests to date!!) but with no reply or confirmation email confirming that my requests have been received. I am sure there is an EU law that obliges companies to provide an email confirmation of payment when they receive money for goods and this has not been respected by Sportstech. Very very dissapointed and will look into taking this further legally if I have no reply asap.

We ordered a stationary bike a few years ago from Sportstech, and most recently a set of adjustable weights with silicon covers.
We are very happy with both products, the quality is good, the materials are sturdy, delivery was fast. If we need new sports equipment, Sportstech will definitely be our first choice

The technical support gave very specific instructions to fix the issue I had with my running band, they reused my own pictures of the machine to tell me what to do exactly. And they did it in my mothertong (French)!

We bought F75 treadmill and well they advertise high quality low price and well you pay for what you get! This is Chinese quality, with an ikea twist! It took 5h to build as the screw holes are not always aligned and even the video are poor with instructions along the lines of take the correct screw! All in all an expensive piece of low quality equipment!
