Beware runners and organisers.
Sports Systems event booking system double charged me for a running event. Once contacted, they have refused to investigate and have kept claiming the money was still pending. Yet, a confirmation of a place email was sent and showing the entry price.
A total shambles and a most frustrating experience.
I contacted my bank that confirmed that they have received the money (has never been pending) and sorted this for me and issued a refund.

Tracy was great to deal with. Had an issue with the wrong item being shipped to us and our item was found and promptly shipped to us. Pricing and communication were to notch!

I had to go back twice to find out where my order was and approve the drawing a second time on one order, order was done early Aug, when i checked on ETA we started over.

Always do the job on time, thorough on the inspection and recommendation, takes into account safety and ensures the job is done right the first time. This is why we continue to use Sports System Canada and why we have had them supply us with supplies, equipment and service.

We had a few hiccups when it came time to shipping, whether it was a lack of communication with the shipper which was outsourced or the information that was provided to them. In all fairness, the delivery address did not have a proper fire number, but the first delivery was sent nowhere near the address provided. A few of the benches came out damaged, but the sales staff were quick to respond and arrange for replacement parts. Otherwise, I think my score would have been substantially higher. If it were not for these two issues, I would have given a 5 star rating based on previous relations with this company

The mats are excellent products, but I wish the company would provide a monthly update about production.

The only negative was that it seemed to take a long time. But I realize most companies are experiencing lag times

Be careful signing up to races. Theyre not cheap. I signed up for a half marathon and am unable to run because I've fractured my ankle. I approached the organiser, SportsSystems.co.uk and was told no refund. I would have understood if they'd kept an admin fee to cover the service but now they have my money and I get nothing. I'd have been happy to provide the xray to prove I can't run but wasn't given the opportunity, it was a straight no. Other companies refund or allow you to defer for another race but not this thieving lot. In these days of financial hardship and inflation, I shall think twice before entering any races organised by them again.

I coach Judo and Sambo Wrestling. I have a crash pad that’s around 35 years old. The cover we’re starting to split and the handles had broken off. I looked around the United States to find a replacement crash pad cover but none of the companies I contacted were willing to help. I found Sports Systems online and I contacted them. From the very start they were extremely helpful and accommodating. When I received the replacement cover, I was pleasantly surprised with its thickness and durability. It was extremely easy to install my old crash pad into the new cover.

the net didn't have a band with eyelets around the edge

Ordering the mat was super easy; looking forward to receiving it. Any idea on when that might be?
