Awful experience. I bought a Mac and when received it was utterly filthy. Not only that, the delivery was delayed without any explanation despite me paying for a guaranteed delivery day. Terrible customer service.

Obviously don't have good checks in place to prevent the use of cloned/stolen bank cards. Good practice would be only to ship to the card owners registered address for the first purchase. They happily took money from stolen details of our cards and shipped it to whatever address the criminal scum wanted,

Bought a "refurbished" Epson EH-TW9200W with two 3D glasses - what arrived was the lesser model with no W (for wireless) and no glasses - in fact no other item in box - not even a power cable! Waiting to see what happens with the return, since it was a completely different model to the one it said on the box!! Different serial numbers too!

Purchased an MSITrident 3 refurbished A- was in great condition and looked like new.

Purchased an item that was marked new, it was clearly not new on arrival. Company made me prove it wasn't new before they would accept the item back. As the last owners details were accidentally left in the box, in my case, this was easy.

Item was returned, and they confirmed recept a few days after it arrived back, however no refund has been issued.

Excuse after excuse and still no refund processed.

Luckly paid on my credit card, so they are processing a charge back.

I found spotbuyer dealt with my purchase in a most professional way and delivered the item exactly on time, first rate service.

Item ordered was perfect as was delivery. The courier used (DPD) were great. They have a tracking service but I didn't need to use it because they sent an email telling me exactly what time they expected to make delivery. They were were right on time. I wish other delivery companies were that good.

The only let down was because the laptop i purchased arrived faulty. That said the customer service was second to none with great communication the laptop was changed without any problem. I would fully recommend them to anyone

Item arrived less than 24 hours after ordering, and i was kept up-to-date with transit, all timings were precise! Item was graded A, but came as new...perfect condition! I would highly recommend
