Too pricey nowadays

Good service but not good anymore, Increased the prices reduced functionality on non premium users, its pretty worth it on premium but increasing the price is no good thing

Awful customer service

I enjoyed the premium service for a while, with the family option until they blocked me from adding someone - no explanation why. Had to jump through hoops just to speak to a customer service advisor who then provided a nonsensical response about not being able to override the system error. So yeah I wont be continuing to pay for a service who can't provide the service they say they will. The customer service rep clearly uses auto-responses and takes ages to reply back. Very disappointed with this service

Spotify discriminates divorced dad

I am a divorced dad leaving in a different country than my daughter I took a duo plan for her and Spotify asked me to change country to benefit it. I have been paying for 6 months for nothing. When I reached to support and asked for clarification and Olimpia on the 30th of December at 13:54 ended up the conversation saying I was being rude. She found that excuse because I was saying if you don't put the duo now I will cancel. We have been trying so long to do it but all the problem comes from the fact that Spotify is so cheap that they don't have my address located properly while a dump search in Google Maps would solve the proble

Yet another new thing that we didn't…

Yet another new thing that we didn't ask for but gets shoved down users' throats: notifications on live events and tickets. Of course it's a money-related thing. More time wasted trying to find how to switch off something I didn't ask for. I wish fewer money-driven scam artists would work for this company.

Spotify is a good choice...however

Spotify is a good choice...however, the prices can get steep for struggling artists. They do offer promotional trial periods and have a great algorithm and integration with Discord. I use it whenever I have the means.

Spotify is an outdated joke of a Company

This company is so outdated its painful!! I'm traveling from Canada to SEA and had my credit card compromised. My family account which I have had for years was delinquent by a few days. Because of where I was I couldn't change card payment. Once I did I would think my account would just continue?? Nope not with this company!!! First it defaults to Premium "Individual" which I was not expecting, once realized I had to upgrade account and reinvite all my previous family members. But not so easy yet??!! My account shows in English but all instructions to invite are in the language of the country I am in Asia which I don't understand. This Spotify is an outdated joke of a user friendly Company!!!
