Do not subscribe.

Absolutely disgusting. I have very expensive family plan and only I can listen to audiobooks. I will be cancelling and never coming back to Spotify. Do not get this service. Do not subscribe. I will be also doing campaign on my social media to show this to people.

Best way to stream

honestly the best music and podcast library out there it runs smoothly on my phone and i love how it constantly helps me discover new artists it’s definitely worth it if you’re a big music fan

Steer clear of Spotify!

If I could give 0 stars I would!
These people are despicable! There was an issue with my bank card after a potential scam. I tried to access Spotify but it wouldn’t let me. So I had to create a new account. I then invited my family only to have two of them refused!! (Apparently you can only be part of a family plan once every twelve months) Spotify cannot override this apparently. I’ve spent a full day on the app trying to get this sorted out and for the last two days constant emails back and forth. I asked to cancel and get a refund as they are not offering (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) the service I was promised.
They are also refusing the refund even though the payment was only taken TWO days ago! I’m going to be taking advice on this. Their emails have been nothing but platitudes that mean nothing. Further, this was put to the Escalations Team and NOT ONCE did I ever get to speak to the same person so no continuity. Do not use them, they don’t care about you!

Spotify offers an enormous music…

Spotify offers an enormous music library and smart playlists that help me find new favorites. The apps are stable across phone and desktop, and offline downloads work well. I’d prefer fewer ads on the free plan and slightly better podcast discovery, but overall it’s a dependable service for daily listening.

Tried to go through their support dept

Tried to go through their support dept. Every 15 minutes you get a new person to chat with, who asks the same questions all over again. After 2 days of this and geting nowhere I asked for a Supervisor, Manager, or someone with authority to assist me. I was simply forwarded to what they call their "escalation person" which was still the support dept. That person asked for the same information. I got no where. They dont appear to have any Management Team. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company.

Lacks customer service

Sure it has a wide range of music the lack of customer service is shocking difficult to reach and not helpful, I've spent hours trying to just change the email on my account.

Unfair Business Practice - Charged for 1 year, Service revoked in 24 hours, Refund denied initially. I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Spotify's billing and customer support. I paid for a 1-year Premium subscription, but it was deactivated in less than 24 hours due to a region mismatch issue. While I understand their policy, they took my full payment and provided ZERO service.
I spent hours talking to an advisor named Maria Sophia R, who was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. She repeatedly denied my request for a refund and refused to escalate the case, essentially telling me my money was gone.
It is unacceptable for a global company to keep a customer's full year of payment without rendering any service. I have already contacted the escalation team and am prepared to file a chargeback with my bank.
Advice to others: Be very careful with Spotify's region settings. Their support is robotic and doesn't care about customer rights.

Excellent music streaming experience

I’ve had a great experience using Spotify for music streaming. The platform is very easy to use and offers a huge library of songs and podcasts.

I like the personalized playlists and recommendations, which help me discover new music all the time. The app runs smoothly and the sound quality is very good.

Overall, Spotify is a fantastic music platform and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys listening to music online.

Lost my Artist Stamp because of being a…

Lost my Artist Stamp because of being a victim of Reboot stream, contact them to help me to solve the problem and they took me to the page to share what was the playlist. Playlist that we can´t find or guess! I contact for the 2nd time and I'm waiting from March 3, 2026. Result? My Royalties are damage! Was necessary my Distributer to investigate the problem with details, thing that Spotify was unable to do!

Terrible.

I changed my subscription to duel membership in Feb'2024. I have recently discovered that I am still paying for my individual account as well!! I have been offered a 3 month refund not 24 months. they offered a free service but only for myself. I've logged on today to find that all of my playlists have disappeared into the ether, over 1500 songs. Spent another 40 minutes on the phone chat trying to sort it with no resolution. I'm cancelling my subscription after 15 years.

Losing touch with customers

Spotify used to be great and I would have given 5 stars but they are missing so many tricks that as a business I’m wondering how they are still here!

I’ve used Spotify for years and always found it great and reasonably priced. Unfortunately not anymore. So 1. You cannot add premium to your account through the app….that’s just ridiculous!

I’ve always purchased an annual premium package they now don’t provide that through their app…..again why? You now have to try and find a third party to supply this.

Guys if you actually read your reviews, you REALLY NEED TO BE MORE PROACTIVE !

Shit company removed my playlist at…

Shit company removed my playlist at 5407 saves doing 250-800 streams daily. Never had any issues before with any of my lists on Youtube, Apple Music, Soundcloud etc.

When contacting support they were very unhelpful And rude can't even explain the issue... keeps telling me to create a new playlist and when I keep pressing them to tell me what's the issue they close the chat...

Worst customer service ever. Praying on their down fall.

Super greedy company!!

Super greedy company!!! Rising prices for subscriptions and terrible “auto renewal” payments that they set up without your consent! It’s common to get an email from Spotify offering you a free trial, to get that free trial, they require you to add a debt card (weird considering it’s a “free trial”) and then they will without your consent turn on automatic payments and then charge you at the end of your trial and then they will blame you for not turning off the automatic payments THEY SET UP! And they won’t give you your money back :/

Android users, please use YouTube music and apple users please use Apple Music.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. My account was closed without notification and when I reached out, they told me I participated in unauthorized downloading. Asked clarifying questions to see if my account had been hacked and they responded with just reply that you won’t engage in unauthorized downloading. Not helpful what so ever and completely rude customer service. Maybe you should actually be helpful to your customers of 10+ years and not follow your robot and scripted responses.
