A recruiter from SpotOn Connections left a post about a role on Linkedin.
Being interested and as advised on that Linkedin post, I contacted the recruiter in question by email but had no answer.
6 days later I sent another email but had no answer.
2 days later I sent an email to the general email address info@... but had no answer.
1 day later I sent an email to the Managing Director but had no answer.
6 days later I sent an email to the COO but had no answer.
All of my communication, without exception, was polite and courteous.
There is absolutely nothing that justifies that disrespect and being ignored that way.

Over the last months I have been contacted by at least 7 employees from this and its sister company Betting Connections.

My first experience with Betting Connection (end of 2016) was good but lately it is horrible. 2021, 2022 & 2023.

They contact me by email, I answer and never hear anything.

Or worse, we make an appointment to have an initial conversation and I never hear anything. Even worse, to receive an email that they tried to contact me but couldn't reach me.

When I reply I add my most recent resume, with updated contact info. You might want to read this.

The beginning of January I asked the company to delete my data, also from their sister company.

Then I received an email today that they found my resume and want to get in contact with me.

They simply don't read replies to emails send. Do not honour requests for data deletion etc.

This morning I was contacted again (email) and this afternoon via WhatsApp.

Everyone looking for a job. Pass this company. There are enough recruitment agencies who are not ghosting and keep their appointment without coming back to you (weeks later) with lame excuses.
