Ordered a pair of dungarees for a 4 yr old - they are fine.
However, BEWARE it is impossible to unsubscribe, so if you buy anything and provide an email, seemingly you will get their spam forever.
I have tried 3 x times to unsubscribe emails on their website - but yet they still keep coming.
I have tried 3 x times to ring them but they do not answer the phone.
Purchased a pair of wellies for my 8 year old, look and feel good quality but within 3 months of being worn approx 3 times weekly they had torn in several places where the neoprene meets the lower part of the boot of and let water in. Considering the price and hype I thought they must've been a rogue dud pair.
Customer service were great and sent out a replacement pair straight away. Sadly within only 2 months the same happened to these boots and I don't see the point in another replacement pair. Shame as they are super comfy and cosy (my child loves them) and customer service was very good but I can't recommend as quality is clearly poor.
Have found the spotty otter waterproof dungarees to be the best we have used. Tried them after several recommendations. They are fully waterproof whilst also being breathable. They also last a long time as generous and adjustable sizing. Customer service also very good when have had to contact them. Expensive but worth it in terms of longevity and performance.
We bought a pair of wellies and a shell jacket new.
The wellies have just split before they've even been outgrown (will go back to buying jojo wellies)
The shell jacket lining has had to be resown twice as it's frayed at the cuffs.
