New customer coz I saw World Cup promo, made account, deposited, did the bet. No free bets.
I find an email in junk saying I’m not eligible for the promo.
Asked for bet cancelled and money returned, they said I can click cash out of the bet for a loss and then cash out.
Really good promo guys, really promoted all the good things about the company.
Avoid.
