I really like this website. There is a good choice of products and lots with recycled materials.
It took a while to get used to the design tool. A bit awkward with overlapping features and I would like more font choices. But it got easier after some trials
My items arrived well within the predicted time. The bags are bigger and better quality then I was expecting and all colours are as shown on the website.

Parcel lost

Sorry, i want to clarify this, it was UPS that lost my parcel and not Spread shirt, Spread shirt have being very helpful when i rang them and couldn't do enough for me, very happy with spread shirt

Very happy with the way the hoodie turned out.

The cap is decent quality but the printing is very ordinary and the colors are washed out.
Print on the sides of cap are misaligned.
Not very happy with purchase I can not return it because I ordered it for occasion and won't get replacement in time.
Also shipping is frustratingly slow from Germany It should be declared upfront that item is being shipped from other country.

Edit :- correction I did checked as per reply and the orders are dispatched from Leipzig.
Also spreadshirt offered refund, thanks for that. Hope next time experience would be better. All the best. :)

Really poor quality- cheap material and poorly made baseball cap. Bought it with personalised message, so cannot return but will not order from this site again

Reasonably quick delivery, custom item as described and as designed

Received my order that was paid using a refund credit note from a previous order.
My origional order had very poor print with bad saturation on the colours that I felt was unsatisfactory and the child's jumper I purchased was a very unusual sizing, it was very wide and short.
I contacted the customer care tram who would only provide me with a credit note.
I recently used this to purchase 2 items again, I chose different colours and larger sizes based on my previous order and as my child has grown.
I was dissapointed to see the print was even worse this time and again, the child's size was so strange. It's like they make them for extremely wide bodied children (12-18 months) and not long enough at all. At this point I dont even want to bother contacting them as they wouldnt provide a refund last time and I don't want a credit note as I won't be using them again.
