Do not use these people. They make it incredibly hard to cancel and then they auto bill and THEN they refuse to refund an annual mamebership 3 days after billing. There is ZERO customer support, only a chat where they say "sorry no refunds". Run run run from these folks $500 down the drain.

love spreaker, very easy to use, my one issue is that i can't access spreaker create, even though i signed up for it. other than that, it is amazing!

After so many tries to get SPREAKER studio, even with so-called from help from you. I have been paying 20 dollars for nothing! PLEASE CANCEL ME!!! I have been paying for nothing. STOP!!!

The support I got from Spreaker's creator success team is the best online support I've gotten in a long time. My question was technical and the team's helpful response clearly showed a high level of technical knowledge on their part, which can be very hard to get at most companies.

I really like that it is free and easy to use. The only thing is the ad exchange is a little frustrating because it doesn't seem to work in African countries

Spreaker is a podcast platform which, with its technical means and human resources, gives content creators the opportunity to grow, enhancing their work.

I've been with Spreaker for almost 10 years. They're simply Great.

Spreaker literally deleted our whole account on a sunday, informing us that this was done automatically due to "spam" via a generic, autogenerated email. All our podcasts were gone from all podcastapps and we couldnt even log in to our account.

We've been a paying customer and posted our podcast there since 2018, I have no idea why we were flagged for spam, we're a tech-focused, non-profit podcast.

I wrote to them through their chatsystem and email, got a misspelled, generic email saying "oops, we made a mistake, we flagged you now so it doesnt happen again".

No further explanation, and we're STILL NOT BACK ON SPOTIFY, which is where our main audience is listening. I've been bombarded with messages from listeners asking if we got "cancelled by spotify" and had to explain that no, its just our hosting platform who deleted us and didnt do a proper job of putting us back online.

I also have no idea whether Spreaker just deleting our whole account affects people who subscribe, most of our listeners come in through subscribers.

We just published a new scheduled episode today, I already had to delay the pubslishing a day due to Spreakers mistake, and it only has half the downloads we normally have, so I guess its tanked our subscribers. Spreaker does not answer my emails, there is no number I can call and they do not respond on their chat on their website. Still waiting for a response or some more information from them.

So I can just say, if you're considering publishing a podcast that you're actually financially dependent on, DO NOT use spreaker. They may delete your podcast out of the blue and not do anything to restore it.
