If you are a podcaster, you absolutely should be using Spreaker. They are beyond helpful and accessible. I'm so happy I switched to them for hosting. It was scary to make such a big move, but so worth it!

We've been using the platform for live sports coverage for nearly a year now and its an excellent service. Works everytime and on the only occasion we've had an issue Spreaker were right onto it and fixed it within a few hours can't get better than that.

I saw that Spreaker had changed the player (used to be a small one in the right corner from the web browser) to one that fills the entire bottom of the page. I also noticed that the vertical volume control had been removed. I reached out to ask why because if you are listening, you do not have an independent volume control like you do with a phone or tablet. They said they would check into it for me. Perhaps they will put it back? I am grateful for their quick response and knowledge.

I have worked with a few different podcast hosting companies and have enjoyed the last 3 or so years with Spreaker.
Extremely responsive to my off-the-wall questions and the platform continues to improve.
If you are looking for a hosting company or new hosting platform, I encourage you to give Spreaker a try.

The customer service its awesome, the background of the features as well, but i feel it needs more UX/UI for it to be user friendly.. a better dashboard creation.. reduce buttons o make it more easy to publish an episode with one or two clicks would be really nett.. also for the enterprise service plan that we are investing.. we would like to access to more data and that the spreaker team keeps innovating and testing pilots with production companies like us..

To me Spreaker would be perfect if it would pay for the commercial played at the beginning of the shows, since it seems as if I don't have a choice. I decided to use Spreaker because it was commercial free, but now it's not, and even though I pay to use it, I don't have a say about it. If I did have a choice, it would be commercial free. Other than that, I'm pleased.

I really like Spreaker because the interface is clear and simple and I was able to set up my podcast stations in minutes and to link with all my social media, Youtube, blogs etc with no tech knowlege.
The app is really easy to record on and upload my episodes from as well, which is great for my teaching podcasts. All my students can download the listening app as well so everything is linked.
If I have an issue the team makes a real effort to get back with clear explanations in good time.
I have tried other hosting platforms and none were half as good.

This is the best. Great customer service and they guide you on how to utilize your podcasts in the best possible way. Many ways to improve your podcasts. It very easy to manage and very affordable. This podcast system Spreaker Studio is the best to use.
