Brought these poles for a windbreak that had a broken pole, these poles are better than the original ones and the same size both in length and circumference, I would recommend using Springfield Camping to everyone

I could not find any reason to complain about anything from easy to use website right the way through to collecting my item from my chosen store, I was kept informed by text when item was dispatched, and e t a of item at store, also texted to confirm arrival at store. Will recommend to my friends and use them again

we were in the market for a Vango awning, Springfield Camping were good on price, placed the order on their easy to use checkout, had it delivered to our local Argos-no problems at all, will use this company again.

The retailer was helpful and honoured the complete hash made by Royal Mail. Sadly the next day delivery didn’t materialise at all, and couldn’t even be tracked. Full refund was given but I was without tent stuff. Only disappointment was that the retailer could have sent a replacement item when it was discovered that it has gone missing, but they wouldn’t let anyone go to the Post Office. Apart from that they were helpful.
