I like small businesses that do a great job. These folk are amongst the best. Very easy transaction and payment system, very quick dispatch and delivery and everything in perfect order. The price was excellent too. If only all online retailers were like this.

After much oline searching, it was one of the few places I could buy a Lowe Alpine Mountain Cap, and it was £8 cheaper than elsewhere. Then, I spotted this excellent Vango head torch, compared the price and Springfield Camping won hands down.

So, not only do they stock all sorts of brilliant stuff that the big retailers don't, they offer great value for money.

I am really glad they don't have a branch in my town, or I would not have any money left for food!

Staff had no hesitation in erecting a particular tent in their showroom for me with no pressure or expectation. Knowledgeable member of staff understood my personal requirements and experience and didn't oversell the product. I had no hesitation in subsequently ordering online a footprint for that tent knowing I'd get what I asked for.
I've bought four tents from Springfield now, (Terra Nova, Wild Country or Force Ten), and always had excellent service. Well worth the 80 mile round trip to see the goods and get such service.
