What a disgusting experience we had at 17:40, on 6th August 2023 at your Geneva Central Station branch. When we entered the shop, a couple was already sampling the chocolates. The lady behind the left hand side counter was breaking chocolates in to small sampling sizes so we thought that that's the way of ordering; tasting the chocolates first before we place the order. Hence we asked her for tasters. She immediately shook her head in disgust and said that "We don't do tasting" . Then we pointed the couple who were tasting the chocolate. She said "They can taste it because they are buying." We were shocked. We asked her that how did she know that we weren't going to buy. She said SOME people come and only taste then she turned her back! My husband said "So you already labelled us". She said nothing. She didn't even turned to us, apologize and try to sell. How do you allow this racist, opinionated staff to work in your shops! Shame on you! It happened next to our child, even more disgusting! I have to say after staying in Geneva for over a week, this is the first racist person we have come acrossed!

Messed up my order, fine it can happen. But then made zero attempt to rectify the situation. Didn't even offer a replacement, a gift voucher, nothing at all. Completely ruined what was supposed to be a special present, and they couldn't have cared less. Very telling. Don't do business with them, unless you want to be left with a bad taste in your mouth.

I love this place. It's excellent, the food and coffee are great. Whenever I am in Zurich, I stop by and I am never disappointed. Sometimes, you have to wait for a table.

I really Love Sprüngli. The Luxemburgerli, all the patisserie, also the sandwiches and the chocolates.
Sprüngli is traditional and does not need any Schnickschnack :-) still for some food I find the prices too high, even if the quality is perfect!

It’s the best in Zurich for fine food in Patisserie. But they don’t offer much new food. It’s very swiss to have always the same thing. They only alter Sandwiches and their overrated Luxemburgerli 2-4 times a year. Boring!

I have been many times in their stores in Paradeplatz and Stadelhoferplatz in Zurich and I constantly find their products exquisite.
