Quick delivery and great support
I ordered a cellphone voice recorder on Monday and received it on Tuesday afternoon, I was impressed with the speed of delivery but was a little disappointed when I opened the box and found the recorder had a cracked screen. I called the Spy Store to tell them and Angela said not to worry, they'll send a courier around to collect that one and bring another, When I explained that I needed it urgently for work tomorrow (Wednesday) she asked if i'd be available to receive the courier late tonight because they could send someone immediately but that he'd probably only reach me around midnight. At 00:30 the courier called to say he was 5 minutes out and I went outside to wait for him. He took the old package and asked me to open the new package to check that it was ok before leaving because he had a spare package with him just in case. I'm very impressed and thankful.
