Dishonest company
Dishonest company. I purchased this product more than 90 days ago -- in 2019 -- so it has exceeded the warranty. But, I didn't need to use it for the first time until recently. That's when I discovered it didn't work, yet had several video files that were downloaded in 2016!!! Most of the files were corrupted. So, obviously it was returned by a previous customer and then they simply shipped it to me. That's why I say they're dishonest. And, they won't work out a solution.

It's good, but there is a 2-3 minute lag time between the actual location of the vehicle and the location seen online. Also would benefit by an alert for motion detection.
