From the first call from Square Yard…

From the first call from Square Yard about the property till the current stage when I have done my booking, our experience has been hassle free. Especially Nikhil from Square Yard has been very helpful and has made sure that we are happy customer of not only Purvankara but also Squareyard.

The worst company I have dealt with for…

The worst company I have dealt with for a long time. Do not deal with these people as you will lose all your money. They sell land that they are not entitled to sell because it has issues with passing through Council. They do not tell you this of course. They scam money out of view. Lie constantly and I have all the emails with all the lies and contradictions to prove it. They have now delayed giving me what I paid for for 6 months and I am paying a loan and they cannot deliver what I have paid for. Beware of the trap and stay well away.

Prompt response and and followup

Would like to highlight the excellent support and prompt follow up provided by Mr Avinash Jha regarding my queries for the registration process in Puravankara Atmosphere ,Pune.
The construction update has also been regularly shared by him providing much required visibility as somebody not based in India.

I have booked an apartment in Purva…

I have booked an apartment in Purva Atmosphare,Pune through Kapil Srivastava, Squqre Yards Bahrain.The way Kapil convinced and helped me to book the property was amazing experience.I would like to thanks Kapil ji for his approach and lovely support.Once it is transferred to Square Yards India Team,Then Relationship Manager ,Avinash Jha started co ordinating for further updates and process.He also helped me for getting my registration document very professionaly.I am very happy with both Kapil Srivasta and Avinash Jha for their support from their part.
