Worst customer service I've encounterd…

Worst customer service I've encounterd in ages. Sent an email to get information on how to return a package (which they wont provide in their website). Got no response in a week so I tried to chat with their customer service. Same second that I said that I wanted to return a package customer service stoped replying. Is feel so cheated.

Sorry that you feel that way, that is of course one big misunderstanding. We do everything to always give the very best customer service on all levels. You can even call us and we can also help you or guide you on the phone.
Regarding your e-mail then I have now found it under spam. You didn't use the contact form on our website, but just used the mail from where you got the invoice and then your e-mail has a high spam score. Regarding chat I have seen the conversation and can see that the sales agent answered and was trying to help but then you logged out of the chat and never returned. As it says on our site we don't offer free returns, but you are always welcome to send a product back and within 30 days we give money back.
But if you have any ideas for improvements we can make then contact us and we will take a serious look at it. We want to keep being the leading squash shop in Scandinavia and have the most happy customers.

Fast and great service

Fast and great service. Good selection, great and informative website. Very responsive and good costumer service. I highly recommend them and will definitely shop there again in the future.

Experts giving good service

I have bought squash equipment at Squashlife many times, and they have always been very helpful and given good guidance. One of the few places with squash specialists in Denmark, who actually know a lot about squash.
