Cancelled my order on the 15th Feb was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 working days. Still haven't received it, tried to chase it up and no response. Do not recommend this company!!!

Over a month and still not received my parcel or had a reply to any emails.

Excellent service orderd a paw patroller not only was it £20 cheaper than anywhere else but the delivery was really fast came 3 days earlier and was giving live tracking until it arrived very happy will definitely order again

Hi, to all that are considering putting in an order with squizzas, you're better off doing after pay, it's a fuss doing 2 weekly payments spread over 8 wks but when my goods weren't delivered and I spoke to afterpay about it, squizzas refunded the money back 3 days afterwards. Afterpay were on their case and that's how I got my cash back off the company fuss free.

Ordered 2 gifts on the 27/12/21 its now 09/03/21 and still no goods. Its for a birthday on the 16th March. Sent so many emails and no further forward. Tried ringing and no answer £80 is alot to loose when its for an 8 year olds birthday

It was quite worrying to see all the negative comments. Clearly I should have visited Trustpilot before ordering as I am now in the same position as many before me!
£275 paid 28/01/21, here I am 09/03/21 and no goods. I have a few automated emails acknowledging my concerns but can't raise anyone by phone.
Next stop Northampton Trading Standards.

Unfortunately another poor experience. Attracted by the low prices I placed my order, with the website setting expectation of delivery within 3-4 days. Card charged immediately. After a couple of days received an email to say item would be delayed due to stock problems. After a few days contacted store via online form (phone never answered and voicemail box full). In fairness that was answered quite quickly and I requested the order to be cancelled as I needed the item for an event. Told refund would take 7-10 working days.

After then nothing. That was over three weeks ago. No sign of refund. No answer to follow up emails or online requests.

And to run salt in those automatic cookie based apps popped up on a website with an advert for squizzas advertising the same product even cheaper. Out of curiosity I checked and it would still let me order the item and pay even though it’s not in stock.

Purchased from another small retailer who delivered the item within 3-4 days as expected.

Squizzas if you’re so busy as you claim in the press then good on you but hire more staff even on a temporary basis to clear the backlog. There are plenty of people looking for work. And stop charging people’s cards when you don’t have the stock to deliver.

Having ordered 2 items and paying for them have not received goods or had any correspondance from the company .
Shocking service
30 days for delivering very and if not in stock 14 days for a refund after that point !
Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
Never again ..Amazon have same product same price with next day delivery .wish I hadn't ordered from them at all !!
Lesson learnt

Absoloutely beyond belief, we have waited four months for a refund and have had to involve trading standards now

Ordered a present for my son, easy site to navigate and received the item quickly with good packaging. Great service

Cancelled my order after placing it. This was 14 January. Only got my refund today and that was because I opened a case on PayPal. Most of my emails went unanswered. Would never order from this company again. Terrible service.

Really quick delivery and packaged very well will be ordering more of my toys for my children from here

I ordered on the 5th February.. by the 24th and still no delivery, I panicked as it was a present for my sons 2nd birthday.. I asked to cancel the order, I was told it was in a container but due to Covid they havnt received it.. yet it said ‘in Stock’ online! I would have never of ordered if I new they didn’t actually have the product .. they told me 14 days for refund.. it’s now 3 weeks and still no refund and I’m £200 down.. I eventually ordered from Very and received the order 3 days later.. so it’s cost me £400 for a slide so far!! They told me they only release some many refunds a day and I’m on the priority list... Carnt be very priority 3 weeks later can it! Il never ever order again and it’s such a shame as I thought I was helping a family business during this bad time but the only person who has been hard done is me!

excellent product - my daughter loved the doh ball and is thrilled with it. It arrived sooner than the expected delivery date too which was a nice surprise

They were really good. my order came on time and in good condition. Not much else to say really.

Placed an order for my daughters birthday. However there was a slight delay in receiving them (by no fault of Squizzas). Bob from Squizzas has kept in constant contact with me throughout and his customer service is fantastic! I will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend them!

Ordered something for my sons birthday on the 27th feb and the item hasn’t been delivered yet. I’ve had a confirmation of order but no delivery date even though the item is “in stock”. I’ve requested a refund and have had my emails ignored and find that they don’t answer the phone. Really disappointed, my mum ordered before Christmas and her order was cancelled, I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe that was just because it was a busy time of the year, but it seems they just take orders they cannot fulfil.

Absolute scammers.....they take your money, can't deliver the product and no matter how many times you message them, don't refund what they owe you. Never ever dealt with a company quite like this one. Steer clear at all costs!
