The seller is a great guy!
I bought a lucky box and the product I got had some loudness matching issue. I contacted the seller and he answered very quickly. He offered me a refund, but I needed a microphone so we made a different arrangement.

The head I received is excellent. Great sound quality, no problems at all. He also send me the ear cups for wind noise reduction for free :)

Hello. This product was very good. I usually use the MKIII, but it started to malfunction after being used too much, so I was looking for a new microphone.

Great product, Even greater customer support. There were some back and forth emails between us due to some technoloigcal issues on my end.
Alan was very communicative and supportive with helping me resolve said issues, and further provided help setting up my product, offering advice, and discussions on how I could best achieve the binaural sound which I was aiming for. I’m a Twitch Partner, and I was looking for a high-quality microphone and this one truly delivers.

I ordered the SR3D XLR Pro MKII, which is the latest microphone by SR3D.
For me, it’s the perfect kit. It includes two XLR cables, a tripod, a cleaning product for the microphone, and many other accessories.

First, I want to thank the person who handled my order, because I was very worried about the delivery, and they were very reassuring.

To explain why I was so concerned about the delivery: I live in France and have had many issues with “La Poste” (the French postal service).
The problem didn’t come from SR3D at all, but entirely from “La Poste.”

My package arrived in France on June 11, but there was no update or movement until June 25.
Yes, 14 days without any news.
And I finally received it on June 28.

Also, the problem wasn’t customs either. In fact, “La Poste” simply left my package on hold and no one did anything about it until I filed a complaint.

So, if you’re ordering from France, don’t worry just be patient.
Feel free to call “La Poste” to put a bit of pressure on them.

The kit I bought is excellent, but the positive experience started when I first contacted them. The knowledge, communication and customer attention is fantastic.

I bought the SR3D binaural pro xlr mic for my asmr channel (Melty Land ASMR)! The sound of the mic itself is amazing and the settings arent too complicated either.. i received so much help from the seller who was incredibly forthcoming. He even gave me a call on whatsapp to adjust the proper mic settings with me as i was struggling with it at first. Incredible product, incredible service! I am very happy with my purchase:)
