Ian responded very quickly to our request to survey the house for the purpose of the required Energy Performance Certificate. He was very willing and accommodating to make return visits to advise on possible ways forward. The report was rigorous and thorough and we were delighted with the outcome on the report showing the effectiveness of the measures that we had taken during the house renovation.
Ian provided a very professional service: he was on time, and submitted his report immediately; he was polite and good humoured, and explained the reasons for his decisions. His charges were very reasonable.
