I placed an order with SSG Asia on July 9th, expecting delivery within the promised 7–10 days. It’s now been over 2 weeks, and I still haven’t received my full order. One part is “Ready to Ship”, while the other remains stuck at “Purchased” for days with zero progress.

I’ve emailed them multiple times. I tried calling. No response. No update. No respect.
They simply ignore customers after taking the money. This is not just incompetence – it borders on fraud.

Their customer service is nonexistent. Their system is misleading.
I would never recommend this site to anyone. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and vanish behind copy-paste apologies – if they even bother to reply.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and chasing ghosts.
I will be reporting this to my bank and fraud protection agencies immediately.

I didn't order from them parts in the end, but their support answered all my questions (that were many - related to parts, shipping and anything around that), in professional manner and the responses were really fast.
