I just received my Staaker a week ago and have only had the opportunity to conduct a test flight. I'm happy about the construction/materials and it seems very solid and sound. I still need to test some additional modes and get 100% familiar with the tracker, however, I feel very good about this tool fulfilling every expectation which is what got me to purchase it. Order to delivery came in 4 days Norway to Boston which I thought was great. So far I'm an advocate!!!
P.S. I had also ordered an extra set of propellers which was missing from my order. I immediately contacted customer service right away and had the extra set of props in 3 days so they seem great and attentive which is very important to me!!! Thanks Staaker...

Quick and smooth delivery of a fantastic product

Honest experience. although, I had an issue with some tax fees they were really comprehensive.

The product works as advertised. Additionally, when there were issues with deliveries of extra batteries, the team at Staaker made the situation right.

If this could be started a bit further and have a little more battery life, it would be perfect. It never reaches 30 minutes.

Needed three attempts to deliver the correct cable but due to personal commitment by Ben (Customer Support) it finally happened.

Staaker has the best follow me mode.

Staaker make a great product,.there was a technical glitch on the website which meant my order was delayed but as soon as I contacted them they sent it straight away,with apologies.

Excellent company. Dropped my Staaker and customer support helped me great in replacing the required parts. Got those very fast and was flying again in no-time. Love my Staaker!

The staff at Staaker have been excellent communicating with me in a very reasonable amount of time. They have answered all of my questions and generally appear to be interested in customer satisfaction. I highly recommend you give this drone and company a try.

Very good customers service! Friendly people, a bit chaotic, but they definitely help you out in case of a warranty. I had a technical defect in my drone, they replaced it for a new drone, including 6 extra new props, a cap and a new carrying case!

They ship an order fast, but this depends on the stock. They are a small company with a small stock, I guess.
