I ´ve bought the wrong silencer for my Hatsan pcp gun. Contacted client services and they were very helpfull. They have sent me the link to the correct silencer and helped me with the return shipment.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, after I paid more then 1 month still I do not receive all my items .. they do not answer, they have not phone number, I WANT HEY SHIP MY ITEMS OR I WANT BACK MY MONEY.. I WILL CALL ALL MY SUPPLIERS IN NETHERLANDS AND I WILL ASK TO HELP ME AND I WILL GO IN POLICE TO MAKE A COMPLIANT. I WILL WAIT UNTIL 14 July 2025 in the evening .

I am from Ireland and this company was excellent to deal with, they even gave me the serial number so that I could apply for a FC and put the firearm aside for about four months while my FC and import cert were being processed. Contact was no problem by email or by phone. My purchase was very well packed and delivered to me in four days

I am from Spain buy I am living in Amsterdam. Staal Outdoor company is customer friendly they helped me very good. Other companies didn't respond to my emails or calls. But not here. My family in Spain wanted to buy air rifles but in Spain we have energy limit. Staal Outdoor company put in another spring so export to Spain was O.K.
Good contact with technical and customer service. Communication in English very good. Fast delivery to Spain in 3-4 days with Fedex. Recommened shop for air guns & air rifles. I will come back fore sure!
