They made my dress the wrong size and I have been fighting with them for days to get a refund/return.
They are sending me back new messages everyday offering for me to pay to buy a new dress that will fit. I have to pay for an error on their part. Now they are trying to refund me only 70% of my order, I have provided them with proof that they made a mistake...
Such scammy behavior.
UPDATE: They have now offered me a full refund only if i remove my negative review otherwise i get a fraction of the full price or I have to send back the dress for which they don't pay the shipping (it is in China).
Their refund policy is purposely vague stating a refund on shipping but what they don't say is that it is not covering the return shipping

Saved the day for this last minute mum. Ordered my daughters prom dress with only a few days to spare. Brilliant communications and support and luckily the dress arrived at the start of the delivery window. My daughter and I were very pleased with the quality and look of the dress.

I never write reviews but felt infuriated by this company. My daughters prom dress arrived and the sizing was highly questionable - the length of the dress was at least a metre too long and she is a tall 15yr old. I requested a refund and then dealt with a very unhelpful Customer Service in China, who were reluctant to offer me a refund and instead kept offering me £10 to have it altered. This dress would have been very difficult to alter and cost far more than £10. If I wanted a refund I had to send the garment back to an address in China at my own expense. The address was just given on an email and all felt highly unprofessional. After lots of back and forth, I agreed to a £30 refund because I could see that I was never going to get the full refund. I would NOT recommend this company as it doesn't feel legitimate and would steer clear as the sizing is off and they don't care about your consumer rights.

I paid extra for fast track delivery and i was surprised how quick we had our custom made dress. It fitted beautifully.

I ordered a size 14 after checking my measurements against the chart, I’m usual a size 12. However the company also sent for my measurements to ensure the size I ordered would be right for me. Arrived within a couple of weeks. Fabulous customer care, responded to my questions within 24 hours. I’m so excited to wow my husband to be in my dress! Very happy customer, will absolutely buy from Stacey’s again x

I was very nervous ordering a wedding dress online. I did my measurements and ordered the size I thought would fit best. Customer services still got in touch (promptly may I add) and asked for all my measurements, they then explained they would get the tailor to alter it for me.
The dress arrived, it's beautiful, it fits and I only need a couple of miner alterations. Fantastic for the price.

This company is a complete scam. Poor quality, and they say they offer returns but this is a lie. Worst online purchase experience ever. Avoid this site.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter's Year 13 prom from Stacees and cannot rate this company high enough. Fantastic customer service from the start - checking the merasurements from the start to ensure correctness, even giving me a retrospective discount from a code had forgotten to enter when initially ordering the dress. Keeping me updated on the status of my order with regular emails. The dress arrrived well ahead of the scheduled delivery date and was absolutely stunning. My daughter was literally belle of the ball and everyone complemented the dress and asked where she had got it from. 5 stars!! Absolutely fantastic company.
