Bought a prom dress for my daughter and the sizing instructions were easy to understand and follow, so we were able to buy a dress that fitted perfectly.
Even had a follow up email in how to clean and steam the dress which was helpful.

The dresses from this site are perfect can tell they are not made from cheap materials both of my daughters have had prom dresses from here and I cannot recommend them more I orderd custom measurements and recieved in more than enough time for prom

We have bought two prom dresses now from Stacees. Both have been beautifully made and fit as if they were custome made. Quick delivery and good communication. Id definately buy again.

I loved this dress! I ordered it in Desert Rose, and the colour was absolutely gorgeous—exactly like the pictures. The quality was honestly better than I expected. It fit me really well. The neckline was a bit deeper than I wanted, but I was able to adjust it using the sleeves, so it worked out perfectly. The open back was my favourite part, and I got so many compliments all evening. As an added bonus, my dress arrived almost a week earlier than expected, which was fantastic and gave me plenty of time before the wedding.

Poor sizing on dresses , not standard sizes .

The customer services was terrible, ordered the dresses and due to not a single dress fitting any of the bridesmaids we decided to return as we it would mean alterations on every dress .

They were not give you full refund ! They offer you deals and won’t take no for an answer and in the end you give up , in the end we got a third of our money back and stuck with a load of poor quality poorly sized dresses we don’t want or will use .

my partner asked to return the dresses and full refund a few occasions through email ,your customer services try to keep hold of every penny they can its embarrassing from a company like dealing a dodgy version of Del Boy trotter ..under normal circumstances we would persevere but with everything going on and the panic of trying to resolve the bridesmaids dress situation we didn't have the time for it something I think Stacee's takes advantage of.

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Arrived in a timely manner and was fantastic quality with a solid fit. Cant complain at all, beautiful dress.

The dress was made to measure and it arrived really quickly the quality was really good and it fit my daughter perfectly the colour was much better than expected too very happy

I had ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Stacees and I was a little skeptical reading some of the reviews. However there was a dress we had liked a lot and went ahead and ordered. Promptly I received an email confirming the size and exact date the dress was needed for. It arrived well on time and it was the most gorgeous dress my daughter had ever worn. It fit her to the T. didnt need any amending considering its quite difficult to find the right size for her. Very very pleased and would definitely recommend their dresses. They were made with very good quality material. The delivery service was 10/10. Thank you for making daughter's day very special.
