I've used this company several times…
I've used this company several times and never had a problem. The dresses have always been excellent quality and true to the pictures on the website. I have used the off the peg service as well as had dresses made to measure, both equally good. A couple of points....I always use their sizing chart and check/compare measurements closely and I always pay for shipping insurance .

We bought our daughter’s prom dress…
We bought our daughter’s prom dress from here and were really impressed. It arrived within a few days, was excellent quality, and she absolutely loved it. We did need to have it altered slightly to fit her perfectly, but we were delighted with the dress overall and would definitely recommend them. The returns process is straightforward, and the staff are friendly and helpful too.

My daughter was delighted with this Prom dress. It arrived quicker than expected & was exactly as described in the listing. The quality is fantastic & it fits perfectly. Perfect Prom dress
It was easy to order on line, the measurement guide made it easy to select the right size we needed. We were ready to possibly have adjustments made if needed but the dress came and fitted perfect. We were kept up to date with delivery progress and it was delivered really quick. The dress was exactly how it was described and looked on line. My daughter (I may be biased) looked stunning in it. Do not use Stacees!! I am still awaiting a refund for a dress ordered at the start of May!! I have received very little communication, paid for a Royal Mail tracked return, only to be told now that I must pay the custom fees. It feels like an absolute scam as I have already paid out £25 to return!! Please think twice before using this company.

Really disappointed bought a dress was way 2 small. Ordered another dress 2 sizes up was still very tight fitting. Communication was terrible I wanted a full refund after 2 weeks of back and fourth ended up taking a refund for 80 pound the dress was 160. I was sick of the back and forth. Will not use again
