Great customer service!
Unfortunately I had to exchange my shoes for a different size, but it couldn't have been easier! I was greeted immediately (a big difference than before when I waited 10 minutes). Did any easy exchange and I was out the door!
Not 5 stars because the delivery took a wrong turn and spent a few more days in Sweden than needed. The box was mangled when I opened the package and the expedient was a bit skeptical about it at first, but did the exchange voila!

Range of products, good offers
Plenty of cheaper branded products and free delivery to any store - what else would you need. However, Stadium needs to improve their customer service. I ordered items to be delivered on Rødovre centre, and I had to wait for couple of weeks to get delivered. Still I don't blame Stadium.dk for post delays but you only end up with support email, which can take few days easily for first reply.

Horrible "service"!
My package has been lost. I have been waiting for my package for 2 weeks. According to Swedish Post the package is lost. Stadium has not responded to any of my mails. there is no phone number to call on the customer service website. I would like to have my money back or the package resent.
