Still waiting for a return label – no resolution for 4 days (Order #165203)



I’m very disappointed with Stadium Goods.
I’ve been trying to return a pair of sneakers from order #165203 for four days now, but every time I contact customer support, I get the same message: “We’re experiencing a technical issue generating your return label.”

According to their website, Stadium Goods offers global returns for all eligible and full-priced items, and my order qualifies under that policy. Yet, there has been no progress, no timeline, and no alternative offered to send the shoes back.

I’ve already sent a formal complaint to their info@ and support@ addresses, and I’m now considering filing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if this continues.

It’s very disappointing to see a company this size failing to provide even basic customer service.
I hope this review helps others be more cautious before ordering.

Would rate less than 1 star if I…

Would rate less than 1 star if I could... I purchased shoes online from Stadium Goods and I'm very dissatisfied. Outside of the shoes being extremely overpriced, the return policy is absolute garbage (3 days). Be cautious when buying from them. I will not make the same mistake again and I urge you to look at alternative shoe resellers.

Got my sneakers in 1 day

I ordered my sneakers on 9/19/25, They were delivered to me the next day on 9/20/25. I was like WOW now that's what you call fast shipping. & yes I got exactly what I paid for. The sneakers are wonderful just as picture. I am a happy & satisfied customer. I see some bad reviews, glad I didn't let that deter me cause I am definitely happy with my product.

Possibly a scam

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Stadium Goods after purchasing a pair of Jordan 1 Low GS “Purple Venom” sneakers for $185.

UPS confirmed that my shipping address was correct, but on the very day the shoes were scheduled to be delivered, I was told that Stadium Goods themselves had requested the package be returned to sender. I couldn’t even contact them directly that night because it was after their business hours, so I emailed them immediately. When they finally replied the next morning, they admitted they had the package back at their warehouse.

Instead of reshipping my order to me, they told me their “policy” is to re-authenticate and inspect the shoes, and only then would I possibly receive a refund not the sneakers I already paid for. That means I have to wait up to 10 business days, and there’s even a chance I may not get my money back at all. To make matters worse, these shoes are now sold out, so I have to start over trying to find another pair for my son before school starts.

Even after showing them all my UPS documentation proving the address was correct, their response was simply: there’s nothing we can do, this is our policy. So I’m left waiting without sneakers, without a refund, and with no reassurance as a customer.

This entire process felt unprofessional, unhelpful, and possibly even like a scam. I’ve ordered from many reselling and sneaker companies online and have never had an experience like this. Stadium Goods completely failed me as a customer, and I highly recommend finding another company to purchase from.

They are thieves working together to…

Run! Don’t pay for anything because you will never get it.
They are thieves working together to collect peoples money. I paid for items and never got it after they acknowledged the money was received. Wrote them yet no reply from anyone. This is fraud!

HAPPY DAYS

shoes got here in less than five days and in great condition, authentic. Alls good in the hood! I don't understand all the fuss about this company..I figured though people only wright negative experience. Well here is my truth....

Worst customer service

This is the worst customer attention I have ever received. I returned a pair of adidas samba and they received the sneakers on June 26th. It took until July 19th to be refunded. The sneakers were not used and the box was never opened. Every time I contacted them , they didn’t have an answer for the delay. The service was not professional. A headache to get the refund.

Do not buy from this site

Do not buy from this site. Took weeks to arrive and then after finding the size I had ordered was too small was told you need to return within 3 days or they wouldn’t help. As this was a gift it was 10 days before I knew the size was wrong. The company would not help so basically money lost. Most companies have a 2 to 4 wk return policy. This company is not worth taking a chance on.

No cancellations

I called to cancel an order that I placed less than 24 hours ago, and I was told that they don't do cancellations even though my order wasn't processed yet. I was told that I needed to receive the package first, then return it. Crazy!!! I will not order from them again.

avoid shopping from stadium goods!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift, which were supposedly “verified,” but they sent two completely different shoes in the box! This was already frustrating, but the experience only got worse when I tried to resolve the issue.

Their customer service has been appalling—emails are ignored, and when I called for assistance, I was either hung up on or given unhelpful responses. Not only have they wasted my time, but they also failed to offer any reasonable solution to their mistake.

For a company that advertises itself as “trusted” and “verified,” this is completely unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of service and reliability. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never shop with them again.
