Stair box are amazing. I was a little sceptical about planning stairs on a website at first. However, stair box made it totally painless. All the tools are there for you to design your own staircase to your specifications. You get to choose the materials to use and how it's constructed. I spoke to lovely gentleman named Ian Wright on the phone about my order. We went through it numerous times to ensure it was correct. He was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and via email. We had a brilliant delivery driver named Nigel who was very friendly and pleasant. He delivered my new stairs on time and with complete care. I would definitely recommend StairBox to anyone who is looking to get custom stairs made. Thank you so much for a great experience from start to finish guys

Ordered balusters & handrail only. Quality of goods is fine. Staff at point of order was very pleasant as was delivery driver although delivery was a little longer than I anticipated (could be due to my location in SW - presumably waited until they had sufficient orders in the area. Quite understandable

Easy to initially design the stairs online. Good communication throughout the process and help with decisions on final design. I made a mistake on the order and they rectified it immediately. Delivered on time and no hassle at any point. Really happy with the finished product.

Easy process, I had an issue as the online builder couldn't deal with an aspect of my banister.
I contacted the support line & Hayley was super helpful, added some notes to their system & all was sorted. Everything arrived as expected on a company van, so no courier to lose or break things. Would definitely recommend.

The materials and finish are noticeably better than many competitors I’ve used, everything arrived well-made and precise.
