Very impressed
I was a little dubious that the standard might not be top notch because the stairs were so reasonably priced compared to other quotes we had but there was no need to worry. The quality is great, the fit is perfect and you’ve saved us a fortune. We couldn’t be happier with the stairs or the service received when calling to order. The lady talked us through the measurements and requirements and it was so easy. I’ve recommended stair box non stop since! Great company. Many thanks.

Love the quality but ended up with two…
Love the quality but ended up with two staircases with a loss of £1040.00 did know one think to call to check to staircases 50mm different paid within 2 days of each other I didn’t realise till delivered and charged with two lots then to be told sell one on market place it was made bespoke shame because the staircase was perfect and went in well 🫤

I have had quite a few stairs from…
I have had quite a few stairs from Stairbox and they are generally very good and fit well and their delivery is excellent. I feel they are going down hill a bit on quality of materials. Oak stringers from them use to be laminated solid oak. It now appears to be a very thin veneer that is not possible to sand edges or router edges. I guess they are trying to safe money but personally I’d rather pay more if required for better materials!

Great service and fairly easy to design
After a lift extension meant we had to replace and add a new staircase, we designed using the website service. We did have to change it a couple of times and needed help from the team at Stairbox. With some minor adjustments once it arrived m, it went in well.
