Never buy to this scam website
Never buy to this scam website! The Tag heuer Solargraph I received were very bad copies! It’s like a toy watch! Waste of time and money!

Never buy to this scam website! The Tag heuer Solargraph I received were very bad copies! It’s like a toy watch! Waste of time and money!
Please do not use watch arrived cheap copy from Hong Kong, even had the invoice with it for 48 HKD about 5 or 6 quid, not even a good copy.
Purchased a gift for my partner for her birthday and it never arrived
Email after email and when it was obvious the item wasn't coming I asked for a replacement.
I gave them extra time as she went away on a girls holiday
They then refund me when I gave strict i structions to send a replacement
They then say they will see about sending another and say they are sorry for refunding me after I made it very clear I wanted a replacement and not a refund.
I told them if they do not send me a replacement I will leave a review on Google.
They have since ghosted me.
Beyond disappointing. Terrible Customer service and a complete waste of time!
Absolute Joke.
Scam site. Order appeared to go through with confirmation email and ‘tracking’ details for Royal Mail after ‘despatch’ from the company. Over two weeks later and Royal Mail yet to receive the despatched item. Emails to the company were answered politely insisting the item was on its way.
Filed a section 75 claim with the credit card due to non-delivery of the item.
Steer clear!
I’d strongly recommend not using these scam artists.
Their website displays what appears to be a Trustpilot rating of 4.9, yet it doesn’t link to an actual Trustpilot profile, and I couldn’t find any genuine customer reviews or feedback elsewhere.
My item was never dispatched, and based on my experience, the business appears to operate more like a dropshipping company than the website suggests.
Thankfully, I paid by credit card and raised a Section 75 claim with my card provider. I received my money back today.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again.
