bought 2 items from this company, following day i got email stating that they were cancelling the order as they don't have items in stock even though one of the item is still on their website as available and to let me know that they CAN refund me, not that they WILL but just CAN, 4 days later rang to chase the order , guy wouldnt even pick the phone up but just resent the email quickly (i have not read the email before ) about the cancelled order - ok fair enough, when asked about the refund i was told " it was done" the guy wasn't willing/able to say when, so i rang the company, lady i spoke to advised that they only processed the refund now and would get in in few hours. if i didn't ring i would not get the refund - well i still have not received it and frankly i do not believe they have processed anything hence after speaking to my bank yesterday i will be contesting the payment today through the bank. shoking company, i went through some reviews and looks like its standard thing for them to charge people and not to refund. what can i say except SCAMMING THIEVES !!!!

Standland operating as rattanland did not deliver the furnature ordered and did not refunf the £619 owed. Thoroughly diisgusted. I am not alone many dis-satisfied customers on Money Saving website feedback - see for yourself. Paid through Nochex who say they will honour any non delivery. They are also not to belived as they make excuses then wash their hands of your predicament. Have reporte dboth to trading standards and bank and inland revenue as someone is holding undisclosed income.
