Great prices very helpful
Found a dishwasher at a great price via the website and was able to reserve online and pay in store on collection, The shop staff were very helpful and even loaded it in to my car for me.
The whole process was quick and easy, a well deserved 5 stars

Bought a smart tv from this company
Bought a smart tv from this company, only used occasionally in bedroom. picture went after 6 months. cosmetically perfect at this time. wrapped it carefully in loads of bubble wrap and cardboard and sent it back for repair under warranty. Got a message back saying screen was smashed and not covered under warranty. Not happy.

broken , damaged , clearly second hand speaker sold as new and unused
Bought Sony speaker described as new unused for niece whose dad has just died of cancer . Packaging missing in empty box, no instructions, plug charger and accessories missing large hole in metal grill of speaker and dent very visable and when tested speaker didn’t work . Contacted company who very unhelpful, explained needed it to give to niece at funeral in fortnight but all prepared offer was a return label which should reach in fortnight , so looking 3 weeks plus get money back by time Received return label , they received and processed refund . Did PayPal claim and starbuys requested picture of serial number in back of speaker in waterproof sealed compartment . When opened up loads gunge , dirt , dust grime specs tobacco,The speaker very very clearly a second hand well used but poorly looked after speaker that they have bought from someone who sold because was broken ! And NOT the New , unused but box opened speaker they were claiming when took £104.99 ! Fuming , they repeatedly lied saying charger was on there , when 100% it was not or any of the accessories or instructions. Knowing the family circumstances and the fact they were told for 12 year old girl who had just lost dad thought they would be doing more to put right , but clearly couldn’t giv a toss , disguisting company
