Who ya gonna call?

We run a small Ghostbusters fan club and have two full scale Terror Dogs, one of which had a poorly neck and his head was at the point of falling off.

After speaking with Dave we went ahead and had a replica head created, its now allowed us to fix the neck and head.

I must say the head was not painted it came in black plastic as a kit, this was made aware to us on there website.

They also do many other movie franchise items and Ghostbusters item but for now we went with the replacement head.

Absolute fraud scam

Absolute fraud scam. Do NOT buy from them. Sarah and Dave Ravenscroft are scammers. I sent them an international wire only to get blocked once the funds were accounted for on their side. Horrible people.

It's over a year since I parted with my money and SKP have stopped even replying to emails.
No kit and 150 quid down the drain.
Originally I was contacted 'off-ebay' which should have been a red flag ,but like an idiot I trusted the guy because he said he could do it cheaper that way.
Well,lesson learned.

Payment was taken over six weeks ago for a USCM fuel canister and a Pulse Rife kit. Was told that they were ready to ship. Since then l have been told four times that they have been shipped. Have asked for tracking number not replied. For almost four weeks l have had all messages ignored.
I was going to see the quality of the print , and owner Dave knew this, as was interested in a shoulder lamp, welder and body armour. About £400.00 worth. Appalling service and wish l had read these reports first.
If he makes good on my order l will produce a follow-up post.

Lying scam artists

Paid in full for a autobot matrix (from the cartoon) replica a full 85 quid. "A week turn around!" 2 months later after a number of excuses which started to contradict themselves we are now... 2 months still waiting and after asking for a refund. Still excuses then through googling. I've just found on the UKGOV site the "registered" business dissolved before I made the purchase... Interesting. Best screen cap our entire convo before they block me and make up something. I've spent the last 2 years severely disabled. both mentally and physically. And have deteriorated thanks the neglect and abuse by NHS Calderdale And I've been ripped off by friends and family non stop and online marketplace traders. Random strangers I've met that I've sent money to for items I had zero guarantee on have turned up always. People like this who take advantage of fools like me who just wanted a dumb lump of shaped plastic before dying to cheer me up for 5 minutes. I've always been a bygones be bygones guy and hate sounding like some entitled karen. It makes me sick I've descended to this but stuff like this... Ah well SCAM ARTISTS. ABUSIVE

Vile company to do business with

Avoid! Purchased this item after seeing it on there Instagram page. It was described as a 1:1 one piece helmet with detachable antennas. It arrived weeks later than it should have and the head piece was poorly printed in two halves which was not how it was stated. The two halves did not even line up properly when put together. The helmet was also damaged during delivery (they only have insurance to cover for £25 ) Contacted Dave and he refused to listen to the issues I had with the helmet and insisted it was a perfect print. His customer service was absolutely shocking and disgusting, referring to me as “mate” and dictating to me how the situation is going to go. He offered to re print the helmet as one piece but if it got damaged during delivery then that’s my own fault. I asked for a refund as I did not trust him and he repeatedly refused to offer a refund. He also took it upon himself to track down my work phone number as this was where I had the helmet delivered and I received a vile phone call from him at my place of work threatening me that he was going to get me the sack because he was not happy that I expressed my disappointment of the helmet on my social media page. If you really want to risk buying anything from this page then make sure you do so through pay pal as it gives you some security.

Avoid! Wont get what you pay for even if you collect! (18 months of excuses)

(Reposted and updated with information as the owner of this business decided to claim this site and flag my previous review)
I should of known better, met Starkiller at For The Love of Sci Fi, he had a stall displaying what he claimed he could print I had recently watched and enjoyed the Mandalorian show and was on the fence about restarting cosplay and was taken in by a baby Yoda he had on his stall but he also had a full size print of the Pulse Rifle on the table as well as the Blaster, I stated I was interested in purchasing the items and had cash on hand at the time, he stated that these were for display and he didn't have any purchasable stock at the con (RED FLAG!) I asked if he had been in the business long thinking perhaps he was just getting started and this was the reason for lack of stock, he stated that he'd been at it ages and didn't bring stock just display example pieces as it wasted time and space in transporting as most people wanted custom commissions. (RED FLAG!)

I enquired about the cost of the blaster and rifle as well as time frame, he initially quoted a few days and a price of £90. I enquired about the Mandalorians beskar armour and if he could do that, he stated he would have to look into it to work out how much it would cost to print but couldnt see an issue.

I took a buisness card and after checking other traders decided he was offering a fair price for the rifle and blaster, contacted him directly through his site (I Have the email exchange) and paid for the blaster and rifle via paypal providing my delivery address at no time did the price change or any mention of postage be raised, he quoted a turn around time of 7 days for both production and shipping via hermes and would send me the reference number in a future email when it was dispatched (I Have discovered this to be a common tactic by online scammers to blame delivery companies for failures in delivery).

Busy with work the 7 days passed and I had received nothing I contacted him and the excuses started, I have been burned before with a PayPal scam so had educated myself on how they operated I gave him one chance that the excuse may be genuine and set myself a personal deadline where i would contact PayPal if the items hadn't arrived, the Deadline was 3 months from the initial point of order.

The Deadline passed I attempted to contact him directly via email or phone no response, as such i moved forward and contacted Paypal explained what had happened and was refunded.

The next day I received a phone call from a number with caller ID hidden so I ignored it I received 3 more calls then a call in the afternoon from an mobile number that wasn't hiding its ID, it was the owner Dave initially rather rudely demanding why I had gotten my order refunded, i calmly explained that he was long overdue on completion and shipping the order and that I had been scammed before and why i was cautious, his tone changed and he stated the item was complete and gave several reasons for delay including he had taken on too many big orders at once and offered that I could come down to his business address to collect and even knocked some money off the price. I should of left it alone there but I decided as he wasn't too far away to travel down and collect with a friend coming with me to act as a witness if the owner claimed anything had occurred or I turned up at an empty warehouse.

We arrived to a room inside a studio filled with 3D printers (Less than a quarter running which in hindsight was a red flag for the amount of work this guy was claiming he had) he showed us a broken resin printer (No idea why none of my parts were resin) and handed me the parts for both my rifle and blaster, they appeared good quality, he had also left a complete upper section of the Mandalorians armour on a shelf (Again in hindsight should of seen this as a trap as I had enquired previously about the armour)

I asked if he could do the full set he said he could and I asked if he could actually change the parts to fit me, he took my measurements then and there and quoted a price he also reduced price for the initial delay.

I agreed as he stated he would take a deposit I paid the deposit and we stayed in touch via whatsapp I resent my measurements as he had some how lost them within two days he gave a quote with his "Current" workload having finished he stated it could be done the following Saturday, pleased that I could get the full set made in such a short time frame and with a con coming up.

My initial return produced a correctly sized shoulder guard and a right gauntlet, both handguards and ingot.
At this stage he made it clear he wouldnt be continuing unless i paid the remainder i did so as i was happy with these items and then the excuses kept coming.

18 months later i have washed my hands of him with parts still missing I have at best 25% of my order

What a fiasco…

What a fiasco…. Ordered a boba Fett jet pack back in January.. initially seen it on eBay. I was immediately messaged by the seller saying “we are cheaper away from eBay” … stupidly I fell for it… and here started a time wasting event that lasted the best part of 3 months. Excuse after excuse… to cut a long and boring story short… only after I threatened to go to my bank ( and after putting a post about him on a cosplay page ) the stuff eventually arrived… with parts missing and about as screen accurate as a child’s interpretation made from plasticine … problem being these days anyone can get hands on a 3D printer but their business sense and ethic doesn’t fall in line with the business they receive … my advice to this guy would be quit making YouTube videos and concentrate on the orders you received.. or just quit making props. All this can be verified with screenshots etc.

Items never arrived

Items never arrived, total scam. Gave me a bunch of lame excuses for delays then stopped bothering to answer any emails or texts. I’ve reported this to ActionFraud.

I ordered a pulse rifle and Incinerator for my wife from Starkiller and while shipping was a bit slow due to COVID and Christmas, I cannot fault the quality or price, and communication was fantastic
