My husband passed way and I’m the midst of going through paper work I found the certificate. Immediately downloaded the app went on the website, but for some reason, I was having trouble locating the star. I immediately spent an email to Customer Service and within about six hours. I had a response with the information I went back on the app and I was able to locate the star pictures everything the Customer Service was so kind first of all, expressing their sympathy and condolences for the loss of my husband but extremely quick in there response and resolution time. I will now name one in memory of my husband ♥️

Very kind and helpful. Was willing to correct a slight mistake I made in the process of getting my custom star created. Responded to my emails in a timely manner and were willing to resolve any other issues I had.

They are so kind and attentive to you if you have questions! I’m glad they helped me out cause I accidentally deleted the documentes (I know I’m dumb) so I sent a email if they could send it back to me, and they helped me have it back again! I've looked for weeks for a reputable star naming service but they all seem to give you a star to name for a suitable fee then give you a number you can use to look up the star's details, such as position, magnitude, constellation etc, but not the name. Who's going to remember that number in 50 years? And who could tell if they gave all those names to just a few different stars? To me that's a possible con. Then I found starregister.org, they do have a search by name facility on their website; just look at how many stars are named simply Mary. Unfortunately I won't be here in 50 years to test that my star name is still there.

The principle idea is lovely and unique. However the deluxe pack is not worth the additional cost. You can print yourself for a few pounds using a print shop. I expected so much more from it as an aniversay gift. Raised it with the provider prior to this review and got no where. Very poor service.

I named a star for my partner for Christmas. I didn't realise I had to pay extra to have a presentation kit (£50) already the star was £25. But I have an email copy and I printed the certificate myself. The certificate is quite basic looking, I was expecting something a little more special. But it's up there now, the star is ours 😊
