I see all this amazing reviews I really wish I could say the same! I ordered the print on the 28th of November and we are still waiting for it to be delivered, I paid the extra for quicker delivery and still nothing, I’ve done all sorts to try and get in touch with the company over the last 2 weeks but I’ve heard nothing back! £85 pound down the drain and I am loosing hope for a refund now

The Starrymaps service is easy to use, I purchased a star map for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday. It was easy to design a print and within minutes I had a stunning memento custom made. I had an issue with the tracking email once ordered and the customer service was quick, polite and professional. Once arrived the finished product was excellent and my girlfriend was overjoyed. I would definitely buy from these guys again and would recommend others do as well.

I bought a framed star map for my aunt and uncle to commemorate the day that they met as a present - they said it was gorgeous and they are hard to impress! I was also extremely happy with the customer service. I was anxious about the present getting to my family on time and also about prepaying customs for Canada, so that the people receiving the gift did not get stuck with the customs bill. Mike stepped me through everything, explained exactly how to prepay the customs, and all of it went off without a hitch. DHL damaged the package and the customer support got me a new one in a week no problem, will buy again. I thought the product was a bit expensive but it was worth it and i dont regret buying from them. 10/10

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had FedEx left my package out in the rain and the print got wet and notified starrymaps and they sent a new one instantly and couldn’t be happier highly recommend buying from here!

Their Star Maps are a wonderful way to Celebrate an Event. I have used them for Weddings Gifts and have always gotten a great review from the Couple. It is a beautiful way to Celebrate a very important event in their lives. Mike was very responsive to my questions. I am always excited to create the gift and have the Company put it together and sent if Free to the Couple.

Pro's- Shipping was quick and product came packaged well. Con's- Was expecting the quality to be much nicer for the exuberant $70 CAD price tag. Sadly, very disappointed.

Amazing service! I had a delivery issue that was dealt with professionally and efficiently by Mike. Can't recommend them enough!

My original copy had never been delivered, so I was a little bothered by the delivery service. I was not expecting to receive another, but and Mike emailed me almost immediately got it take care of, and sent me another. It is beautiful and I loved it. I will definitely be purchasing more!
