Great guitar, setup well, with careful packaging and fast shipping. I was well supported on the phone to buy it online and got a flexible payment with credit card and financing - definitely a recommended seller!

They couldn't confirm my payment for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks they just said that they indeed got my money but items I ordered are no longer available (still listed as 'In stock' on their website though). Scam.

Ordered a guitar of the current limited Joe Bonamassa Epiphone run and paid instantly with PayPal. Unfortunately, the staff tried to inform me that the last remaining guitar in stock was the showroom model (wasn't listed as that on the website) and the mails got catched by my spam-folder. Realized that 6 days after my order/payment and when I contacted the staff at that time that I still wanted to get the item shipped to me the guitar was suddenly out of stock - sold to someone else. That's a real unpleasant behavior and nothing to expect from a serious business partner. This shop is on my red list now for sure.

I'm really happy with the support I've gotten from Stars Music in my purchase. I was buying a high end Santa Cruz guitar online and all my questions along the way were answered promptly and quickly. Louis was very helpful in alleviating any issues that came up, not to mention friendly and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. I ordered my fender player series telecaster and it arrived in perfect condition without a Mark or scratch on it. Iordered the guitar online and it arrived at my house 4 days later.
Jerome at star music in Toulouse was fantastic. He always gave detailed answers to my questions on the telephone or by email. His responses to my emails were also fast. The day I received my telecaster, Jerome even sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was good and I was happy with my purchase of the telecaster. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I am now going to buy all my musical supplies from Star music in the future as Jerome has given me the best service I have received from any music store. So 5 stars for Jerome and 5 stars for Star Music!!!!!

Great service from Stars Music. They even had the guitar I wanted in stock, which is unusual for a left hander - especially with more expensive guitars (I bought a Gibson SG Standard HC LH). Delivery was free and the guitar arrived safely.

Ordered a guitar that was in stock from their website with Paypal Installments. Paypal send me a message, that Star's Music would be ready to ship my article in a few days and that my payment plan was updated. But I didn't get some shipping information so I've written an email... And another one... And another one... And another one...and so on. With no answer or something else. Sorry dudes, but that's not how it works today. I will cancel the order... Good that I've payed via Paypal.

The parcel arrived much sooner than I expected, everything was wrapped up with care. Great (international) delivery service.

I ordered from Germany. Everything as expected very fast delivery in two days. Very fast E-Mail Replys on questions.

I purchased an electric guitar at Star's and it was sent to me in Greece in good time and packed well inside a second box so there was no damage. I will be pleased to purchase from Star's again in the future.

Ordered and paid a guitar on december 24th of 2020.
Est. Delivering 2 days as said on website.

Asked about in on januari 5th 2021.
They needed to check with accounting.
No new message after that.
Again asking about it on 11, 13 and 19th of january.

Response on 21st:
They where sorry, they had a problem with accounting. If I could sending more info about my order.
-Sending them everthing, including my transfer note.

I still wanted the guitar, so I asked about the shipment.

But guess what, still no guitar..
So I asked about a refund on march 29.

It's now April 16th.. nothing.
What are you doing?

I got my money back on may 2021.
more than 5 months later.

DONT BUY ONLINE WITH THEM.

Make sure they really have the model you're buying in stock before purchasing, otherwise AVOID BUYING ONLINE WITH THIS STORE. I have purchased a model that was out of stock (and not informed on their website, therefore I didn't know that), a refund was promised after that, but that was almost 2 weeks ago and yet I didnt receive my money back.

- As for the store in Brussels, I've been there once in person, the staff was really friendly and the selection was great, but committed the mistake of buying online with them. -

- UPDATE -
After almost one month and more emails than I can count, I have finally received the refund I was promised. Still, I believe that customer service has a lot to improve and considering my experience + feedback from other customers I would still say: avoid this shop.

Ordered a limited fender guitar based on a quote they sent me. Got a standard Fender guitar instead. Horrible customer service; also Fender Europe / US doesn't care too much. First experience buying a fender and will stick with PRS; although pricier.

Currently on Paypal dispute waiting for this issue to be resolved.

I have sent several messages. I had a question about a guitar. There is no response to any message. Very bad service and I have my reservations about this company.

Tried to get an Epiphone Standard Pro in green burst all over europe but couldn`t find one. In Toulouse there was one new one left and I ordered at stars music.fr with a little spooky feeling cause I read some bad expereinces here about this online shop. First nothing really happended for about 5 days, no order confirmation which should be normal after a purchase order with transferred money over paypal. I wrote 3 emails with what`s going on to stars music-but no answer. I already thought about contacting paypal to get my money back. Then sudddenly at day 6 I did get an email from GLS that a parcel will reach me soon coming from Toulouse. Stilll no order confrimation of stars music. 3 days later the wonderful new guitar reached me and everything is just great. So I am happy and the bad feelings are gone. So stars music please get more professional in handling orders and order confirmations to satisfy your customers. Thanks much for the great guitar.
