First class installation of our new boiler by Matt and George. I very rarely provide a 5 star endorsement but this experience of Startech was worthy of 5 stars. Highly recommend

Exceptional service. From enquiring to sorting our boiler issue was so speedy. Very professional & explained problem in layman terms, which was greatly appreciated. Updates very helpful. Gave us different options at different costs so that we could choose what we should do rather than be told only one option available depending on our budget. Would highly recommend this very good team of Engineers.

We have recently had an oil fired boiler replaced and location changed to outside. From initial site inspection and quotation by Lee through to installation and commissioning soon afterwards we have nothing but highest praise for Startech. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and tidy throughout. Highly recommend Lee, Matt and team.

From the speedy response to my first query and George's visit the communication and answer to any query was excellent. Once I had given the go ahead the boiler replacement date was confirmed straight away and George and Sam worked all day in freezing weather to replace the outside boiler. They were courteous and tidy. Excellent service. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

What a great experience! Immediate call back to our query with a quick quote that was keenly priced. The engineers we dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. It took one week from initial call to complete installation. We are really happy with this service and highly recommend.

Great company, great Engineers!
My leaking toilet was sorted very quickly - this leak had been there since I had moved in to the house.
I have been having my boiler serviced by Startech the last 2 years and they have always been quick, efficient and very friendly.
Startech also set up my Hive for my home heating and replaced my radiator valves.
I would highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. I had a new combi oil boiler fitted and from the Quote to the installation I cannot fault the service I received. George visited my property and was Professional, reliable, polite and went above and beyond, I am extremely pleased with my new boiler. The whole installation went smoothly and Sam who fitted the boiler with George was fantastic, polite, knowledgable and helpful. All the positive reviews are accurate, I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and will be a returning customer.

We had our boiler installed a week ago by George and the team. Fantastic service. We were without hot water and heating and they were out the very next day to inspect the boiler. Service was brilliant, explained everything and kept us well informed. Boiler currently working very well and we are comfortable and warm going in to winter. Thank you!

They turned up next day and fixed the boiler, they were very professional and reasonably priced. They kept us informed throughout the full process and confirmed with us before any parts were purchased/used.

What an amazing company, rang them Tuesday night about a small problem with our Boilier and was with us in less than a day ! Matt was so polite ,clean and tidy ! And the problem was solved in no time at all , thank you 🙏🏻 would highly recommend

I called star tech as my boiler kept losing pressure, they came out quickly and from the start were extremely polite and actively tried to make as little noise as possible to try and prevent my child from waking. They diagnosed where the issue was coming from, they explained to me what was going on. Any questions I had they answered.
