This is what happened; I inherited my house and all of a sudden I became my banks golden boy.....I asked for a letter of credit so as to invest in real estate and they were more than happy to accommodate me; so much so that when I next checked my bank account there was 30,000.00 more than I had the day before! This initiated my financial folly's, my fiscal failure, my fiduciary flummoxing..... Now I could go on vacation, buy a motorcycle; do anything I want like never before. Like Soloman, " Nothing did I see did I withhold from my self."

Meanwhile my small but humble landscaping business was not making near enough to support my spending and then the 2008 bubble burst!

I decided that chapter 13 was best so I could keep the house and business. The process was educational and has forever changed the way I look at money.
