Great Customer Service
I had a great experience with the customer service today. I spoke to Mark G I believe (around 1 p.m.), and he was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout the call.
He helped me set up my online account, guided me through everything step by step, and made sure I knew how to access all the information I needed. He also answered all of my questions clearly and made the whole process feel really straightforward and stress-free.
The service I received was outstanding from start to finish. Mark went above and beyond to help me, and I hope he gets the praise he deserves. Thanks again!

Unhelpful Financial advisor
I missed 2 car payments.
I rang to come to an arrangement they were not interested. I then got default notice. I asked to resolve this the Financial advisor was not interested at all all my proposals were rejected. Then he said we will reposses car and report it stolen. A clever tactic to Intimidate me.
