Frothy coffee

First off, Stately build very good park homes. Our new model is a Hardwick. After sales are very good and are quick to answer any queries and to follow up any snags. The technitians are great blokes that travel all the way down to West Sussex from Wales. Very polite and efficient. There was no mess , clearing up as they worked. Thank you. PS Mat loves frothy coffee lol.

If there was a 0 button that’s what I’d press
I’ve been waiting 4 years for them to repair the cracks in side of my house
They are very big
I’ve had numerous emails phone calls same old story when we have someone in your area we will
Let you know
Sent some one at one point only to have the wrong render on there van
Another time 2 men turned up never rang my door and left
So many dates only to cancel the day before
Also get this we don’t work in the winter
So forward to this year coming in March
Then put off until April so let’s see if they actually turn up
The stress this has caused me is unbelievable

Rob and Lewie

Moved in December 2025, have hadsome issues, including a leak. Stately Albion have put most of them right to a really god standard, but can not understand why they won't put the issues with the dinning room chairs right. Rob and lewie thank you for your hard work, nothing was to much and your work is excellent.

I have worked under Lindsey and Lewis…

I have worked under Lindsey and Lewis for years and couldn't praise them both enough of their application to their roles.
They both are efficient and driven at delivering the best care to their customers, and organise my work extremely well to ensure this happens.
I enjoy their polite and professional approach and in a world of businesses that avoid customer contact, I find the whole Aftercare team eager to keep high levels of satisfaction and always ready to resolve problems.

After my telephone call to Lyndsey, she resolved my problem with some broken tiles really quickly. This isn’t the first time that Lynsey and the team have quickly addressed any snagging problems I’ve had quickly and efficiently. Really happy with all the work undertaken Thank you

Repairs

We have had quite a few issues with our new home, since moving in during May 2025. However, Stately have always resolved these problems. Their engineers are efficient and knowledgeable.

We bought our statley albion lodge 2…

We bought our statley albion lodge 2 years ago. Since then we have had numerous issues mainly with water ingress and condensation. When we complain they treat us like kids, just send a data sheet out on how to deal with the issue. Well i am in my 60's and find this an insult. They have been out and installed some missing insulation which has helped. The day we moved in the laminate floor had buckled and expanded so the park owner got someone in to fix and remedy a few niggles like doors not shutting and kitchen extractor not working properly.
Also the fridge freezer stoped working abd had to claim under warranty. The tumble drier packed up after 18 months and we had to replace at our own exprnce even though it was hardly used. Now we are faced with replacing the patio doors which are not fit for purpose, been leaking since day 1, and that caused the laminate to buckle. Once again they sent a warranty sheet stating we need to check all the outside for defects every 3 months, even though the windows are odd led design and held in under pressure wuth foam seals, no silicone needed with this type mabufactured by Modplan ltd newport.
My advice is stere well clear of Statley Albion at all costs..

Not going to say much here

Not going to say much here. Bought a Statley Albion. Put together our snag list and all sorted very well. However we found a couple of other issues later on and they again were sorted. Very pleased with our purchase.

Loose tap fixed

I rang Stately and spoke to Lindsey about a loose kitchen tap. She said she’d call back (and did within about 20 mins) saying that Rob would be calling first thing next day to fix it.
Rob arrived 9:00 on the dot and fixed the tap, no problem, no drama
Thanks for excellent service 👍

We purchased our home in 2022 and have had many issues, from creaking floors, damaged fittings, leaking window etc. Stately have put everything right though you have to keep on their case. Rob is a nice guy and does a good job. The main problem with Stately is the compromise on quality and by this I mean cheap door hinges, curtain poles, fittings etc., inefficient radiators and budget appliances. For example, our Ariston combi boiler is just 3 years old and already failing. Be prepared to replace/upgrade.
