Still waiting for an online order. Ordered it 7 days ago and it hasn't left Melbourne yet. They use some obscure courier company that is possibly being delivered tp Perth by camel as it is now not expected to until December 24. Do not order online of this shop - absolutely worst service ever.

Wish I had read the reviews here before i ordered online. In short, they took my order for a click and collect, said they then had no stock so would deliver and I said no just refund money and now they have stated that the delivery has been signed for by me and delivered and wont return any emails in response. Stateside, your scammers and stay away from these guys

So the guys at the chermside store were loaded with ego , they found it really hard to acknowledge the fact their products were in poor condition diction with stains and factory defects abundant...The rep was especially despondent with any form of questioning about the blatant issues ...as I left the store the products went straight back onto the rack ....poor service poor products poor attitudes...

Miranda store , Jasmine was very friendly and helpful sorting out a credit note issue today .

Don’t buy anything online off these idiots,they deliver to a depot 45 minutes from delivery address and do nothing to fix the situation.just flush your money down the toilet instead

No order updates, no shipping updates, weeks later. they take your money and ignore you.

Really like this store. Click and collect a little slow having to show ID but the product and service is always good.

This company uses a shabby delivery courier service. ONLINE buyers beware! There is absolute no support in obtaining your purchased items with paid delivery.

Purchased a hat 3 1/2 weeks ago. Got advice that it has been dispatched now saying courier has lost and cannot offer refund until it's investigated. Keep getting the run around from online customer service and no phone number available to ring.
DO NOT BUY from this company.

I've noticed Trust Pilot only has reviews for Stateside Sports for the UK website. I'm very surprised no one in Australia has reviewed their shopping experience with the Australian company given that they have stores in Australia and shopping online. My experience buying in store has always been excellent. But the complete OPPOSITE with shopping online. I bought two very expensive basketball jerseys online before Father's Day. Whilst I didn't expect it to arrive before the Friday of father's day weekend, I didn't expect that I wouldn't receive it at all two weeks later! If you check the tracking it hasn't even left WA via Couriers Please, and we are in Brisbane. Clearly it is lost and they have our money! Buyers beware, they have NO CUSTOMER service phone number and offer pathetic help via email. They won't offer a refund until the items get back to them! If the item is lost in WA how are the items going to be returned to sender????? This is a REALLY POOR experience. This has turned me off even buying from you in store again. Do not buy online. I have noticed other customers have had a similar experience on Facebook reviews.
