CAUTION FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS

Hotel staff friendly, cheap for haunted reputation, peaky blinders decor is distasteful and inaccurate considering hotels location in dudley and the peaky blinders mostly being bassed in small heath. The experience as a wheelchair user/caregiver was disappointing, called 3 days in advance of the stay to book and mentioned specifically we needed an acsess room, come check in there was around a half hour wait to realise our access needs, staff credit they provided a can of pop half way through the wait. No peep form provided or information in the event of an emergency with the wheelchair.
